Paid too much for quality of food!
Ordered dinner for my family via delivery. Could only pay with debit/credit card, no cash. Delivery was via Slice which caused some of the problems (see below).
Delivery speed was good but we were only a mile away.
Food was all there but not all correct.
Cheese steak was small, VERY LITTLE STEAK, lots of roll. Paid extra for extra cheese, received a PLAIN steak. Paid extra for fried mushrooms, received none. I assume they put onions on but could not see or taste them. Basically I received a dry, crumbled, plain steak for over $10.00.
Ordered and received onion rings. Received 10 rings for $6.00. Almost all they were was breading, very, VERY thin onions. Breading was crisp on the outside and raw, runny batter on the inside.
Ordered and received boneless chicken wings, extra hot. Spice was good (impossible to screw up hot sauce from a bottle!). Chicken was so overcooked that my wife could not chew it.
Ordered and received party pizza with regular crust. Crust was RAW on the inside and there was hardly any sauce and the cheese was minimal meaning it did not cover the sauce.
To add insult to injury, on a $96.00 order, they charged:
Delivery fee: $2.99 Service Fee: $0.95 Tip: $14.34
OVERALL, I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH PAT'S PIZZA AND PASTA!
Upon talking to the manager of Pat's, he stated that I could try to get my money back from Slice, the delivery service. Or, he would replace the order.
As I contacted Spice, I got the runaround about getting a refund in seven to ten days (see other comments about the inability to get a refund from that company).
In short, we took the manager up on his offer and had the order replaced. THIS TIME the order was made properly and we were satisfied, although dinner was four hours late.
The squeaky wheel gets the grease!
Finally, the food at Pat's is fair to good. However, it is overpriced for quality and quantity. I revise my rating from one to two stars.

However, I've had experience after experience at this location and the kirkwood location where order instructions from ordering online are not followed, resulting in incorrect orders. My last experience, the kitchen slathered ketchup all over my fries inside the container (which I didn't discover until arriving at home after picking it up). Fries were completely soggy and drenched in ketchup. I open my buffalo chicken cheesesteak, ordered without blue cheese, and it appeared to be a plain chicken cheesesteak. I called and they offered to remake it. I drove 15 min back to the restaurant and had to wait an additional 15 min there. I requested a refund with my food due to the very poor experience(s). Instead the manager on duty was very combative, going as far as to pull out the cheesesteak from the trashcan and shoving his fingers in it to try and find a hint of buffalo sauce. Read moreI placed an order on December 29th on DoorDash and my order was confirmed. 10 minutes after that a Pat’s manager called to tell me they were canceling my order because they do not deliver to my neighborhood. I asked if I order with DoorDash why couldn’t a door dash driver deliver my food? Was told because they don’t use DoorDash drivers and they weren’t sending their own drivers. Told the lady I wanted a refund, she insisted I come and pick up my refund, but if I could come pick up my refund why would I order delivery? Needless to say lady told me I would get my refund in 5-7 business days. Called back in that time frame for them to tell me I was waiting for DoorDash to release the money. I contacted DoorDash just for them to in fact tell me it was marked as delivered and I needed to contact the restaurant. Told DoorDash that it was not delivered and asked if they could contact the restaurant. Lady (from DoorDash) informed me that they (pats) would release my money today and it would take 5-7 business days for me to receive it. This is ridiculous.
