Osaka Express — Restaurant in Pennsville Township

Beware.... don't go to this place!!! This place is a rip off! I went to this place 2 days ago and use my debit card. The owner took a little too long behind the counter with my card to complete the transaction and I assumed that she was using her phone finishing a text message. After I made my purchase I went to a store two doors down to purchase some household items. My card was immediately declined I was confused because I just got paid that day. When I call my bank they told me that someone in Los Angeles California just withdrew over $1,100 out of my account at an ATM in a place known as "Korean town". I had to explain to my bank that I had my debit card on me in Delaware and there was no way that I could have withdraw money from a ATM in LA. Then it hit me the last place I used my card at was at Osaka restaurant and what the owner was actually doing under the counter was sending my card information to somebody in LA to scam me of my money. I made my purchase at Osaka at 3:59pm and then someone started to withdrawal money out of my account at 4:07pm at an ATM in LA with a debit card ending in the same numbers of the card that I just used at Osaka. Coincidence I think not!!! Now I'm sitting here working with police and my bank to get my money back which can take up to 10 business days while these people at Osaka are sitting there living it up while stealing customers credit/debit card information and money. They are disgusting! If something like this has happened to you after going to this restaurant please report it to the police because they need to...

Literally one of my favorite places on earth. This place kept me sane and afloat on many occasions lol. I used to order from them so much I became a star member of theirs on UberEats. Their food never dissapoints. The food is a bit pricey, but its worth it, and I expect that from a hibachi place anyway. You get a decent amount of food, or at least my usual order fills me up. I'd always get the steak and salmon hibachi platter with 2 spring rolls and the philly sushi roll. Its always so flavorful and perfect every time. Their veggies are always cooked to perfection with the right amount of crunch. Im upset though because I think they changed their delivery radius, as I can no longer order from them anymore, as it says im now "too far" even when I used to live at the same location. UPDATE: review is for Sang Hing Chinese in the shopping center on 273 and Airport Rd. NOT Osaka Express. I don't know how it got mixed up because I reviewed straight from the Google location prompt.

I appreciate the effort because the staff seemed to be working very hard, but the bottom line is the food wasn't that great. The fried dumplings had some mystery meat and were very soggy and greasy. The General Tso's chicken was acceptable but not the best I've ever had and the shrimp lo mein was awful. The noodles were overcooked, but strangely the five little shrimp were slightly undercooked. Along with an odd flavor overall, not a good choice. Maybe other items on the menu are worth the wait (45 min), but I won't be going back...
