If Rita’s is looking for someone to show/train other Rita’s how it’s done this Rita’s is it. Chris(manager) is amazing. If you have a flavor that’s not on the list, he’ll make it. If it’s not in stock, he’ll go get it from another Rita’s, even if you tell him not to worry about it. The online list of flavors is on the website faithfully everyday which is nice because I don’t have to call and bug them. New staff sucks does not pay attention has a attitude I got a misto shake half blended I asked her to blend it more she took it back and brought me the same half blended misto shake.. Marginal, for a Rita's. Ice was great, hit the spot, but the service was lacking. We were there well past opening time (though on the early side), and it was a hot day. There was only one person working inside, but at first glance, you wouldn't be able to tell. The windows were all closed and the guy opened the window only when asked.
