Doña Maco Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Delaware

I had a very bad experience at this place. I was working in the area and stop for a drink and fork to eat my lunch from home. I asked for 2 drink ,and a plastic fork , paying with a debit card. The cashier told me that I had to spend a minium of $10.00. I exited and could only retrieve $3.00 for 1 drink. After I paid for my drink he told me I could not have a fork unless I was purchasing food there. I offered him 50cents for the fork . He then said he could only give me a spoon. I was not treated like a paying customer and feel they don't appreciate people of all nationaiities...
