Jing Fong Restaurant — Restaurant in Lower Chichester Township

We waited Two hours for food after I made sure I called in enough time for it to arrive for dinner. However everytime I called to find out what was taking so long the CALL CENTER refused to connect me to the restaurant and continued to say the driver was on his way even after being on the phone with numerous order takers equaling a total of 30 min and still did not get to speak with the Resturaunt. As a customer that has ordered numerous times this will be the LAST time I order from them due to their inability to solve an issue that could’ve been handled by the Resturaunt directly. Two hours later is ridiculous and yet they expect you to accept that deliver. Good customer is extremely hard to come by. Will drive to another Resturaunt before I ever order from them again. BEWARE

Follow up: Food was delivered 2 1/2 hours later when I told the driver I didn’t want it, he became upset and told me we would never have delivery again. At that point my composure was no longer kept, I told him if they answered their customers calls as requested I could’ve saved him a trip vs receiving my food 2 1/2 hours later! He wasn’t doing me a favor they need to upgrade their customer service and FIRE the call center. How dare they expect someone to pay for a 2 1/2 hour late meal!!!...

I find Jing Fong to be a good, local Chinese restaurant for the area. A little basic but I enjoyed the experience overall. They are a hole-in-the-wall family place that is mostly focused on takeout, so there aren't many tables inside. The atmosphere is very basic because of the focus on takeout food as well, but the service is good and they ensured my food was fresh. Their menu isn't that unusual for a Chinese place, focusing on the normal Amero-Chinese cuisine found in most restaurants with the usual suspects. I had an order of General Tso's chicken and shrimp lo mein for my order. The General Tso's chicken was pretty tasty though I found the sauce a little...unusual. Not a bad thing, it's just different from most servings of General's chicken I've had where most I've had there's a nice thick coating of the sauce on the chicken. Here it did flavor the chicken nicely but didn't seem as heavy. The real winner was the shrimp lo mein. The noodles and shrimp were done just right and I probably finished that first before my General's chicken. Overall the food was delicious and the service is good for a local Chinese restaurant, but not a standout from the other places I've been. Great for a quick takeout...

Please do not order from Jing Fong. I placed an order last night for food for my grandson. They delivered the wrong food and when I called them the manager said “we are closing. Please eat it anyway as we cannot deliver the correct order”. I asked for a refund as my grandson doesn't eat whatever it was that was delivered. (Still have no clue what it was).

Manager said they were closing and would call me this morning to arrange a refund.

After calling twice today and being told, each time, that a manager would call me back I realized that they are not going to be doing anything.

(When I called today I told them they were welcome to come and pick up the wrong food they delivered as it was not eaten. Manager told me to drive it back to them)

So disappointed as we have been very loyal, long time customers of this...
