Sadly the low review is for their inconsistency. Majority of the time it's on the poor end. The pictures I added show what "The Philly" pizza looked like when I first ordered it, and only one other time has it looked like that. Now the last three times I have ordered it, it has been so bad I throw it away. Decided to call the third time this happened and they offered to remake the pizza on a different day. I get the pizza, and I wouldn't have left with it if I had time for it to have been remade again or get a refund because although it wasn't as bad as when I first called it still wasn't the quality of what I have gotten in the past. Picture reference you can clearly see which one was the first good pizza, then the third bad pizza when I called about it literally folds over in my hand, the third and fourth photo is the remade pizza that was half burnt, not as many toppings of anything, dry, and yeah just not good. Don't know what's going on there with consistency but this also happens with their garlic knots and deviled eggs. Unfortunate because when the food is made right it is AMAZING seriously it is so so good so this saddens me with the inconsistentency and not worth the gamble at what your charging for it. Also so you know who I am since I previously called this is BM Daisey.

Excellent Service. Waitress was very nice and attentive. The dining area is much more bright and pleasant compared to previous owners. The wood fired oven is centered in the back half of the dining area. The wood smoke smell is very nice while you dine. Adds a nice atmosphere to the establishment. We loved the garlic notes and dipping sauces. The bruschetta was very different from what we are use to normally having. Almost tasted like a hint of balsamic. We tried three different pizzas: The First State, The Fifer and The Aloha. First State was very cheesy. Group liked dipping in red sauce since just garlic oil on this pizza. Needed the extra acid for us. The Fifer had roasted vegetable medley instead of just fresh vegetables on the pizza. Our vegetarian would of preferred fresh veggies roasted in the wood oven vs pre cooked and then place on the pizza. The Aloha had great flavor. The pork and pineapple paired well. We think we would have preferred about half as much bbq sauce on the pizza. Overall, we loved the taste of the pizza crust from the smoke of the wood. Possibly a little extra crunch on the bottom of the crust for some. We will be back to try more items on the menu.

It was our first time dining here. The experience was 4.8!! The food was great! We loved the wings! Those were 5 starts despite the price (6 wings, $12). The buffalo sauce was great and the wings were cooked to perfection. The pizzas were good. Mine was the caprese, the only thing I didn’t like was the balsamic; it made the pizza sweet. The crust has some sweetness to it, so to me that wasn’t a great combination. But was good.. I might order it without the balsamic next time. My husband got the carnivore pizza. Now, that one was pretty good, I thought. The service was great!! 5 stars! Our server last night was “getting that money!” I didn’t catch her name but she did great! She was the only one! Although the hostess was helping out with the table cleaning after each customer. We always have water and she asked us many time if we needed anything else. Overall, it was a great experience! My advice to management/owner. Please get a BIGGER and BRIGHTER….. SIGN!!!!

So my dad and I went to this place last night with friends to celebrate the election results. It’s off the beaten path in a plaza and to our surprise wasn’t packed. They were all wearing masks and taking Covid precautions. The menu was lovely, had a good amount of items but not too many to overwhelm, and the items were creative. My dad and tend to be picky because my mom is a chef, so about the food; We ordered arancini (quite good, but slightly bland. A little more salt and maybe some herbs and it would be DOPE, the texture was great), meatballs (the flavor is on par but they were tough on the outside maybe because of the wood fire too long but still good) Brussels sprouts (delicious!!), garlic knots (delicious), wedge salads (delicious, lots of topping and quality and freshness was great), shrimp risotto (was not great as a lot of wine and it wasn’t cooked out enough but the server did not hesitate to take the dish, offer a replacement and bring the manager over. The manager was very polite, apologized and asked for our feedback on how to improve the dish in our opinion and again offered a replacement. They took it off the bill for us) we also ordered two pizzas (the carnivore which we loved, and the fruit of my loins which had mixed reviews but it’s a VERY unique pizza, I personally loved it) we also got the chicken rigatoni pasta (and that is off the chain). Lol we also had drinks and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate and make drinks that weren’t on the menu or adjust recipes. I think the customer service was out of this world and the food was good enough to come back and give it another shot. We will be back for...

Visited Saturday, June 14, 2025 - Dinner

I thought I had wrote a review years ago, but can’t seem to find it. Well, why not write another? This was not our first visit to The Brick. We discovered this great pizza place in 2021. I had bought a Groupon offering a great meal deal. My daughter and I came to eat here and enjoyed everything we ate. Of course, we had to bring my husband back, which we did. The next visit was ok, the food was great but the service was slow. With the shut down being lifted, not enough wait staff. We’ve been back a few more times and of course recently as stated above. The service was great and efficient. It was busy considering it was Father’s Day weekend but we managed to get a table. Yes, I made reservations. I strongly advise for weekend visits. The place can get quite busy especially during the dinner time. Our waitress was lovely and friendly. She was working several tables and managed to keep up with all of them. Our meals: We ordered Garlic knots as appetizers. I ordered the Greek Bowl: Rice, chix, cuc, k. olives on a bed of white rice with Tzatziki. The chicken was well seasoned and the veggies were fresh. However, the rice was bland. It was not really something I would get again. We also ordered a ‘white’ and a buffalo chix pizza. Now, they were amazing. The brick oven is what makes them. I highly recommend getting a pizza. Doesn’t matter what topping, it’s the best selection for a meal! I’m looking forward...
