Let me explain my whole experience from the beginning. The lady that took my order had to be on crack. There is no possible way someone is that dingy. As I ordered she clicked what I was saying. I watched the screen to ensure everything was correct. When I was done ordering she ATTEMPTED to read the order back but seemed to not know how to read or something. So I stopped her after a minute and just said, everything on the screen is correct. She said ok hang on and deleted a cookie! Now it’s no longer correct so I say no, wait mam’ I want that cookie you just deleted. She said ok and deleted another one the 2 out of 3 cookies I ordered! I can tell she is having trouble so I just simply say ok everything looks right mam, can I just add 2 chocolate chip caramel salted cookies please. Finally I got my correct order placed. Now I wait for my food, the gentleman asked if I needed sauce, I replied I need a few Arby’s sauces please. As he was putting the Arby’s sauce in the bag I said to him, oh I’m sorry could I also have ketchup for the 3 medium fries? He said ok and dropped 4 packs of ketchup in the bag. Dude 4 packs of ketchup for 3 medium fries? Ok... calm down I think to my self and I say, excuse me sir but I will need a lot more ketchup than that. He replies telling me that I need to ask for a specific amount of packets. 1 million packs, ok jerk!!! Be reasonable you idiot. Most people would probably use 3 or 4 packs of ketchup per medium fry. That’s just my educational guess. So I tell the guy give me 10 packs please. After all that the guy doesn’t even care how much he gives out and just grabs a handful and angrily throws the handful in the bag. Wow....
Read moreI ordered a sandwich there a few months ago and proceeded to have one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I was humiliated and horrified by the managers behavior towards me.
I ordered a maple bacon BLT sandwich, which I thought had mayonnaise on it. I took a few bites and realized it had a horseradish sauce on it that I did not like or want. So I took the sandwich back to get it replaced. I approached the counter and kindly asked for a new sandwich with the corrext condiments. The black lady manager I spoke with was immediately defensive and inconvenienced I was asking for a replacement. She acted like I was trying to get something for free because I had taken a few bites of the sandwich. She condescendingly said "you already done ate half of it, what you want me to do?" I politely asked for another sandwich and she said she would make me a half of a sandwich since I already ate half of mine. I ended up leaving with no food because inwas so upset. I complained through their website and nevwr received the credit I was promised.
What kind of service is that? I've worked as manager, and I've worked in the service industry before, I've never heard anything like that? She has to be one of the worst managers I have come in contact with in my entire life. She should be ashamed of herself. I don't even know how she has a job there... probably because it is Arby's in Delhi. Congratulations...you're a manager at a fast food restaurant. You're doing so well in life.
Needless to say, I never ate...

I was told to pull forward where I proceeded to wait 17 minutes and watch 8 cars behind be get served before I got my food. I was going to go inside and see if they forgot me but the door was locked. So I went back around to the speaker to speak to someone.
Finally they bring my order out when I am back in line. When yes, I complained about having to drive back around to see if they forgot me and the wait, the lady told me "it takes 6 minutes for chicken".
Did I order 3 chicken sandwiches that you had to cook in sequence, because my wait was well over 6 minutes? Am I supposed to know your chicken operating procedures?
And of course the chicken was lukewarm at best. It definitely wasn't directly out of the deep fryer that should have caused such a lengthy wait.
So here is an idea, don't put any chicken on the menu if this is the ordeal one must go through in order to obtain a sandwich from your restaurant. Or have a vocal disclaimer that your wait could be anywhere from 6 minutes to likely 30 (if you were actually busy) if you desire the precious chicken sandwich.
But they told me to have a blessed day so...
