Taco Bell — Restaurant in Delhi Township

It's Taco bell the bar is low we know that before we enter🤣💪a hour later it violently frees itself from your body and your hungry again🤣,also I went in there on the 16th of Nov.24 to order, waited 3 minutes before anybody acknowledge me,Cathy the manager refused to ring me up at the register saying they were moving to the kiosk and I should order there, I'm like I'm running late for work I don't have time to do that I want to be rang up, So I have to waiting another 3 minutes before she acknowledge me again then sent the slowest person out of her crew to try to ring me up at the kiosk, first I told her I said the first time I didn't want to be ringing up at the kiosk I want to be rang up at the register, She looked at me confusingly, I said fine just ring me up I said I want the box but one of the boxes I want with no tomatoes and I want another box, She went to the kiosk, and acted as if she didn't know how to ring it up herself, moving slow as heck, I was like forget it I'm just going to write a review, And I'm going to call corporate, And I can hear Kathy from the back saying okay,have a nice day, In the tone that meant corporate's not going to do anything anyway, And she could give two blanks about my review.... Well here's to you Kathy (Cathy),you have a nice day here's your review, I also call corporate like I promised, now my review alone might not mean nothing to you, If you cram it with all the other ones that I'm sure you've gotten it's going to make an impact...

Food is not fresh! From the taco shells to the lettuce and tomato they all have the distinct flavor that each food gets to it when they're not expired but they're close to it. Especially the lettuce, I hate the taste lettuce gets when it's not fresh. Portions are ridiculous... Barely enough to fill a small child the tacos are loaded with lettuce to make them look full but there's barely a spoonful of meat and literally a pinch of cheese. The food is thrown together and wrapped very sloppy. Like tacos get wrapped but thrown in the bag so carelessly they come open. Cracked hard shells, burnt soft ones etc. The dining area especially the pop and ice machine counter is always just a wreck. Napkins thrown all over, wet napkins sticking to spilt pop sauce packets on the floor that are stepped on and squirting sauce everywhere. If you can get anyone's attention at the register to take your order they are always in a bad mood and they take it out on customers. No smile, no thank u have a nice day, he k half the time after totalling up your order they don't even actually say the total to u. U have to look at the screen yourself and then they hand u the change and walk away without another word. It's not a place I wanna go really. Bathroom is...for lack of a better word., FOUL AND STINKY !!! Also...

you need to stop charging more for the boxes than it says on board and online .they tried to charge me 2 dollars more for the price of the deluxe box ($9) and the regular chalupa box when they had it last time,and charge extra for drink it is supposed to include!!i said forget the drink,she said " i have to charge you for it any how. so they are making an extra $5 to 7 or so on every person who orders any of the boxes.

i'm fed up with this location and the GLENWAY AVENUE location in CINCINNATI.THEY both have kids working there,playing around on phones dancing singing,charging more for food.probably stealing the profits!

this is our only taco bell on west side ,delhi is STIILL 10 miles out of our way.and no better than glenway avenue ! please make a new store near dent on harrison avenue and hire more competent people who won't steal money...
