First let me say, I go to this McDonalds everyday to get my grandson a snack and I have never had a problem with the service.....I'll also tell you, I have never in my life written a revies for Today, Monday Feb 27.....Today I drove through the Drive thru and placed the same order I do every other day.....2 plain cheeseburgers, a large fry and a large coke.....When I pulled up to the window to pay, I handed the young lady my debit card..... When she handed me the receipt I saw that she had charged me for 5 Plain cheesburgers.....I knocked on the window, I showed her the receipt and said. I only ordered 2 cheeseburgers.....She looked at me and yelled that I had ordered 5 and shut the window.....I pulled up to the pickup window and before I could say a word, another young lady charged up to the window and yelled, "why are you cursing my employees.....I said back to her I haven't cursed at anyone and explained to her that I hadn't cursed at anyone, showed her the receipt and tried to explain that I had ordered 2 cheeseburgers, not 5....She responded by taking 3 of the cheeseburgers out of the bag and tossing it through the window and slamming it shut.....None of these people that I had contact I had never seen before, and like I said I go there everyday.......There was no mention of how I could get my money back for the three burgers, they also never gave...

Broken ice cream machine, bugs infesting the ketchup station, employees raging due to poor management, the smell of horse dung, extremely bad food quality control, a group of loud and "juuling" immature middle school kids, a line of mad customers waiting for food, a manager that thinks everything is fine, new employees like every time you go there so none of them know how to take an order, sticky and dirty soda fountain, overflowing ice cream when its working, spilled sprinkles/oreo crumbs everywhere, the type of food where you think you might get sick tomorrow cause it tastes weird, discolored and weird smelling seats/chairs, somehow fast drive through (was surprised actually), slippery floor/countertops every time you go there since the employees keep mopping it to get away from other chores, ketchup almost always out, trash always full, unpleasant and uninviting mood, some actually "good" employees that you feel pity for since they're trying to do their job but other employees won't cooperate, and a bad overall service.10/10 would go again, it's a free entry museum to show how bad a MacDonald's can get.

Read moreThis location needs a lot of improvements. Most important customer service!! It is absolutely HORRIBLE! The staff are lazy, uniforms rules are not followed, and interactions with customers including manager interactions need improvement. Then we will go to the fact that this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant and I can come order a happy meal and have to be pulled around the building and sit for anywhere between 5 to 15 minutes. And lastly tonight was my final straw. We sat at the speaker for 20 minutes while the screen said a customer's name and no one even responded to us at the speaker. Once we were able to get to the next speaker we were told that the store closed early for construction. When we explained that the speaker was not working and the car in front of us had received food and we had sat there for 20 the attitude the manager had was worse than the employes!
