Arby's — Restaurant in Dellwood

Not very encouraging. They weren't too busy but very far from efficient. The guy at counter was taking 1 order then waiting to fill it then took the next. Finally he took 3 orders in a row, including mine. A lady that had obviously been waiting a while (before I came in), came up n asked about her fries she still didn't have but was eating the rest of her meal. He only then went n dropped the fries. She had to wait even more time. The lady before had to ask for her shake n he made it. He gave her a much larger one then she ordered. She even was honest n said so. He just smiled n said that's ok. Finally my food was ready n he bagged it up n handed it to me n I stared at him. He goes oh n 4 chocolate shakes right? Then he made them AFTER pulling my hot food n giving it to me. By that time my food was cold but I didn't bother with that. He also tried to hand me 4 shakes to carry out. I stared again n he said oh do you need a drink carrier? I said yes n asked for the straws n napkins. He said oh you get your own. Mind you my order was to go. Was decent food n shakes but Geez! Would be nice to actually have service. Sad. VERY sad. No more service like when I worked in the industry. No service you lost your job. I worked hard for the customers even the jerk ones. I worked down at Americash which is less than a minute away from this location. All our employees ordered different items in which I picked up. When I returned none of their foods were correct and all were very cold. Also we were missing a drink and a large fry. We called spoke w/ the manager whom which asked "Well what do you want me to do about it." I didn't ask for my money back honestly simply wanted an apology but never even gotten that but was put on hold several times while they "look" for corporate office number, that they never found for me. They have the worst service I have ever experienced. On top of missing up the order they were not looking to correct it. I do not recommend coming here unless you want your order to be messed up and your service to be very poor. Employees here certainly will not be...
