Let me just say this isn’t to bash this black owned business because I love supporting my people but the ice cream doesn’t taste fresh at all . It taste like the ice cream set out for hours melted & had to be re frozen again . The entire texture was off and my strawberry ice cream tasted nothing like strawberry ice cream it tasted like old frozen ice honestly! The atmosphere of the place was amazing & the customer service was excellent but the ice cream isn’t good at all I’m sorry . My friend also got two different flavors with toppings and it didn’t taste fresh or creamy at all or smooth it was chunky & tasted very old! I guess like frost bite! Visited yesterday with my family and Heaven's Creamery is the perfect name for this gem! 5 🌟 s all the way‼️They have so many different great flavors and All of their ice cream is homemade! My wife had the Prailines and Cream said it was the best she has ever had! I had the Kookie Kup a delicious warmed cookie topped with my choice of ice cream (mint chip) whipped cream and a cherry! My grandson had a strawberry waffle cone with 2 big scoops of ice cream and my son had a strawberry topped cheesecake! Everything was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Unbelievable! When this business first opened I was in love with the service, the decor, and also the music....now the quality of the actual ice cream has gone down....we couldn't even finish half of what we ordered....the consistency was like whip cream or frosting instead of ice cream on the vanilla and the cookies and cream. The pralines and cream consistency was icy and overly sweet. I do hope to come back one day and the quality is back to how it was in the beginning 😔.
