I can't deny the sophisticated clothing style that the Company displays. Additionally their unpleasant and unprofessional image within the Staff at this location has certainly affected any future visit. Initially my first contact was on the 13th of March 2015 with the salesman Jackie whom collected all my measurements for my suit pants and shirt for the proper fitting. Taking consideration of the current time being late in the evening (5pm) also the expected time I needed the entire suit to be ready for an business meeting. I were informed that the suit will be ready at approx 3pm Sat 3/14/15, which I called several times to ensure realizing I was about 45 mins away. I continued to be misguided to other times in the day hours later (530pm) I called then a unknown salesman stated "I don't about your order but the guy who does the hemming is gone". Thank God when I arrived at (730pm) my prepaid outfit was packaged as desired. Note: I was given the opportunity to examine the suit before I purchased except the dress shirt which the salesman Jackie spoke with confidence as he completed my entire measurements and informed me on the exact shirt size that would be appropriate (16, 34-35). Days later as I started to get dress for my meeting I noticed the shirt was entirely too tight around my neck and extremely uncomfortable. Immediately I switched the shirt for an old one adding to the new suit. The entire week I was overwhelmed with work and school until I received an break Sat the 21st of March 2015 afternoon. Entering the Store I was greeted by Brandi P. the Assistant Manager as I informed her of the issue regarding the shirt due to the fact that I can't wear it. She glanced at the shirt and stated " well the shirt look like you wore it so we can't exchange it" I replied "I tried the shirt on then quickly realized it was too tight also Jackie one of your salesman took the proper measurements that he insinuated to me". I was forwarded to the Manager Wafi T. who overheard our conversation and repeated the Assist Manager statements. I'm completely understand the company line to protect their mistakes as usually but it's about exercising the word accountability. Since this mistake was made by the Company representative the Company should be responsible for their actions rather it was lack of knowledge or being irresponsible to customers in general. After all it's not like I picked the size out myself or tried it on within the store which I'm sure this will invest into others procedures as I forward such actions to the Corporate Office in...

This will be my first review ever and for good reason. I would recommend Milano Men’s Wear to anyone looking for a suit or anything in the realm of dress apparel. They have a huge selection of suits, accessories, great discounts, great sales, anything you can think of. Keith and Waffi were a great team and took care of me. The seamstress was wonderful as well and had my suits tailored just right for my body. I am a muscular build, so it’s definitely hard to find clothes that fit right. I have been there 3 times in the past 3 weeks and they are located almost an hour away. I have been into many suit stores and business, but I have never received the customer service that i received at Milanos. I will definitely be back for more suits in the near future. My first time into this store on Saturday of the 4th of July weekend looking for a dress belt . Not knowing or aware of the great sale or sales going on . Big store with great selections of shoes , suites and accessories . I wound up buying 3 dress belts and 2 pairs of dress shoes from the great sale of buy one pair and get one pair free . Then went back today Monday 2days later and purchased 2 more pair of dress shoes . Great friendly helping staff , they offer great ideals for matching up your outfits .
