Tried calling multiple times to place an order for pick up. They hung up on me the first five times I called. Left me on hold for over 25 minutes the last time. I went to the store and while my phone was still ringing, multiple people were just standing around talking. One guy finally came to take my order. Told him I was on hold over 25 mins. He just laughed and shook his head. Told me there was not a credit on my account so I would have to wait almost half an hour for the manager to come in to check my account. Then he said he found it, but needed a code from the manager to place the order, so I still had to wait. As I was asking him a question, he ignored me and started talking past me to the person behind me. Walked away and just left me standing at the register. She was an employee dropping something off and actually tried to help , got on the phone to try to call someone so she could place the order for me. She couldn’t get it to work. Thank you for trying Brenda! I ended up being there the half an hour and the manager finally showed up and placed the order. Had to wait another 20 - 25 minutes or so for the order to finally be made. He asked if everything was okay, I Told him about the horrendous experience and service and he didn’t say anything. No apology, nothing. While I waited, someone came to the drive thru stating they had been given the wrong order. The manager had to tell the worker at the window to take the wrong order back from them because they were given someone else’s order. The phone kept ringing while I was there and was basically ignored. The first guy answered the phone once and told the person he would check on an order. Put the phone down and didn’t come back. Person called back five or ten minutes later. He finally answered and told them they didn’t have the order they were asking about. Manager had to tell them repeatedly to answer the phone because they kept leaving it ringing. Only went to this one because they had messed up a previous delivery order and put a credit on my account after never showing up to replace it. Had to Call back after waiting over an hour. That order was burnt and the delivery driver dropped the side sauce on the floor and just left it there and walked away. Needless to say I won’t be going back. Firstly, by no means am I the type of person to rate or grade businesses for profit, and honesty I’ve never written a review until now. I’m livid! Last Thursday I made an online order totaling $32.06. I receive text alerts each time my card is used. This time was no different. I received an alert that my card was charged $99!! I contacted the store immediately attempting to cancel the order, or at least see why my card was charged 3x the amount of my order. I literally was on hold 2hrs!! While I’m holding the order arrives (a hour later after being told 30min). I explain to the gentleman my issue, he states I should go to the store. Thanks Mr. Obvious. He takes the order and says the store will give me my money back or at least the amount that was charged to my card. I arrive at the store and there is exactly 7 employees and everyone is standing around talking and I guess not answering the phones either. The young lady tells me she can’t refund me my money. After asking why, she says I would have to contact corporate. After going back and forth, all of a sudden she can do refunds at a store level miraculously. She gives me a receipt that says voided, and tells me my money will be back in my account within 3-5 days. It’s been exactly 8 days. I’ve contacted corporate whom referred me to the owner. The owner has NOT contacted me back yet after 3 calls. This is absolutely ridiculous! Hopefully someone will assist me in getting my money back for a product I never received, and after being charged 3x times over my actual charges! This is not how you conduct business especially after pumping out commercials prompting the “Domino’s promise” of spectacular service. Read moreBasically a garbage fire of an operation. Every single time I order it gets screwed up one way or the other. Placed a 45 dollar order online and was told it would take an hour and a half. That comes and goes so I call .Told it would take another hour and a half. Told them I want to cancel my order and get confirmation my money would be back on my card. I get put on hold. So I keep that phone on hold and call from another phone to ask for the franchise number. They keep giving me to corporate number even when I say I need the store number, the actual franchise store number. Of course they all play dumb or they really are just dumb. So the guy thinks he puts me on hold but I can still hear everything they are saying. I sit there for 20 minutes listening to them talk and listen to music in the background while my other phone is still on hold from the first call trying to get a refund. Finally the man comes back and I hear him say "no she's still there" to someone else. A few minutes after that he just hangs up the phone. I call back and the phone directs me to the manager. I explain everything to her and get absolutely nowhere. Just like all her terrible employees. All this is happening while my other phone is STILL on hold from the first call.
