Upon entering, I was very happy to see an eatery in Delphi that actually had an inviting atmosphere. The use of the available space is astonishing. The walls & suspended lighting are very welcoming. The bar area is equally divided between the dining area. The bar area is gorgeous, w/ a variety of liquors, drafts, taps, and a shiny workstation, adorned with neon signs, and other whimsical accoutrement. Speaking of their taps, they have a decent amount of beers (and a cider) on tap, including a local brew. I had their top shelf margaritas, which I found to be a bit weak... I ordered an extra shot of Patron to bring it's content to my liking... I recommend simply ordering a double, as it's surprisingly not that expensive. My friend had the Tequila Sunrise, and also felt the need to add an additional shot... We enjoyed an appetizer of their Jalapeno Poppers; they were fried to perfection, and their quality was above- par. As I make a return visit, I will give a more in-depth analysis of the food they offer. If you find yourself in Delphi, I would highly- recommend stopping in here, as it is on the main road, and it is a comparatively about the best dining experience than you'll find in the small town of Delphi. 4- Stars, because our waitress was was not as engaging as I would expect, as it was not very busy that afternoon...

I came in on a rainy Sunday evening on my way through town. I love the ambience of the room, brick walls reflect all the numerous hanging lights, the bar shines, polished wood. Everyone here was very friendly, I was given a menu and my drink order was taken promptly. I ordered the loaded fries for an appetizer. The fries were delivered shortly thereafter and we're hot and tasty. My only complaint might be that they used real cheddar or Colby Jack cheese, so after a few minutes the cheese became a solid mass that required a little wrestling to get those tasty fries. My entree was an eight ounce ribeye with a Caeser salad and garlic toast. The steak was thin, but cooked to a perfect medium rare and the garlic toast was very tasty. The salad was a generous portion with plenty of parmesan cheese and the correct amount of dressing. Overall, I was very happy that I stopped here and I will make an effort to detour here and have a bite whenever I'm down this way.

This place is really one of a kind. The "Brick and Mortar" design featuring brick walls, cast iron fixtures and nice wood accents gives this place a nice small town feel... however the food is not your normal "Mom and Pop" food. Steak, ribs and sides with Big Town (city) flavor. Add in a wonder staff (even under pressure) and you have a top notch place to sit and eat... but, be mindful, the locals love this place, so get your name on the list as soon as you walk through the door! Kudos to Vinny our waiter and the rest of the staff doing the full TEAM experience as it was slammed and running short some key staff... y'all were rocking it! So, if you are traveling down 421 or took the route 18, east exit ramp off of I65, keep traveling and visit the nice town of Delphi and the awesome place known a Brick and Mortar Pub. You won't be displeased

So disappointed in our visit this evening. I had high hopes in this restaurant as it was recommended by multiple people. First when we got there and sat at a table in the bar, it took forever to be acknowledged. The gal working at the bar taking care of the bar and people eating in that area greeted a couple who sat at the bar which seemed to be a regulars as they were known by name. They were greeted and got drinks before we were even greeted and a drink order was taken. Then when we were finally able to put in our order we ordered salads with our dinner however after waiting what seemed like forever our food was brought to our table, we were then asked if we ever got our salads which we still hadn’t so she went and got our salads. It was not our waitress who brought us our food. Our waitress hadn’t been back to our table to check on us since she took our food order. I ordered the Ribeye with the misty mac. My mac and cheese was so hot it almost burnt by mouth (which is great) however my steak was room temperature. It wasn’t even warm at all. Which is very upsetting as it was $26. We were half way done eating and our salads finally made it to our table. By this point of our visit I was so disappointed and was just ready to leave. Our waitress didn’t even bring us our bill, it was another gal who I think might have possibly been the owner. I really wanted to try one of their desserts as they sounded delicious but after the poor service and room temperature food, I didn’t want to be disappointed again so we just paid our bill and left. Sad to say but I don’t think there will be...

I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant due to an extremely disappointing and disheartening experience. About a year ago, I frequented this establishment and had a distressing incident. I experienced a panic attack in the ladies' restroom and my boyfriend came in to comfort me. While trying to regain my composure, we were both startled by aggressive pounding on the door, adding to the panic and distress I was already feeling.

My reaction, unfortunately, was defensive and inappropriate due to my state of mind, and I was asked to leave. Despite this, I paid the bill and left a generous tip. Ashamed of my behavior, I avoided the restaurant for a year, but upon gathering the courage to return, I was informed that I was permanently banned from the premises.

As a veteran of the United States Army, I find this treatment to be not only unfair but deeply humiliating. Everyone has their struggles, and to be judged so harshly for a single incident without any offer of forgiveness or understanding is disheartening. This kind of exclusion only deepens the disconnect in our society.

We live in a world that desperately needs more compassion and forgiveness. This restaurant's response to my situation was the opposite of that. Their lack of empathy and understanding shows a troubling disregard for the challenges people face. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive and inclusive...

Pros: Huge plates of food. My grandmother's fettuccine Alfredo could have fed 4 people. Food was hot and cooked well. The place was clean.

Cons: It's super loud in there. We could barely hear each other. The inside is small so if it's busy you may have to wait for a table. The bowl of bison soup is tiny, like 3/4 of a cup. The salted caramel bread pudding had apples in it and giant chucks of salt on top of the ice cream. It was not good. The service was TERRIBLE. Our very young waitress messed up nearly everyone's orders. She forgot salads, spoons, straws, refills, and didn't bring my beer until I asked about it twice. My food was wrong. She forgot to put the desert order in and then tried to blame it on the kitchen but we watched her sneak back and put the order in finally. Now, she may have been new. And it was busy. I can understand that, I did my time as a waitress and know exactly how some days can go but my biggest problem is that she never once apologized. When my sister had to wait 10 minutes to eat her soup because she didn't have a spoon, the waitress finally returned, tossed it on the table and said 'here'. The rest of the dinner received the same treatment. We didn't complain, didn't yell, and left her a decent tip but if we go back we will definitely not sit in her station. Lastly, we heard other waitresses complaining about customers as they passed our table. That is incredibly...
