El Rinconcito offers a delightful dining experience that left me thoroughly impressed with both the food and the ambiance. Recently, my companion and I decided to try their wet burrito and molcajete, and we were not disappointed. The menu promised a flavorful journey, and the dishes delivered beyond our expectations. The wet burrito was a standout, arriving smothered in a rich, creamy sauce that complemented the perfectly seasoned filling. The tortilla was soft yet sturdy, holding together a generous mix of ingredients that included tender meat, beans, and melted cheese. The sauce added a delightful kick, balancing creaminess with a hint of spice that lingered pleasantly. Paired with the side of rice and refried beans, which were seasoned to perfection, it was a hearty portion that could easily satisfy two people. In fact, we could barely finish half of it, so I’d recommend going in with a hearty appetite—or plan to take leftovers home! The molcajete was equally impressive, served sizzling in a traditional stone mortar that kept the dish hot throughout our meal. This dish was a feast of flavors, featuring a combination of grilled chicken, ribeye steak, chorizo, and shrimp, all topped with their special molcajete sauce, cactus, and onions. The meats were cooked to perfection—juicy and flavorful—while the cactus added a unique texture and taste that elevated the dish. The accompanying rice and beans on the side were a nice touch, providing a classic foundation that rounded out the meal. The portion size was generous, and like the burrito, we found it challenging to finish, which speaks to the value and abundance of the servings. The service at El Rinconcito was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was very nice, with a cozy yet vibrant vibe that enhanced our dining experience. The decor was colorful and inviting, creating a warm environment perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family. Overall, El Rinconcito offers great food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere, making it a must-visit spot. Just be prepared for large portions and come hungry! I’d happily return to savor more of their...

Great new eating šŸ˜‹ place in Delphi,In. It offers a GREAT šŸ‘ Mexican atmosphere. Easy parking with just a short walk šŸš¶ā€ā™‚ļø to the front 🚪 door. On Valentines Day for us older people that eat early the seating was quick with no reservation. Seating was in a nice clean well lite booth. The eait stsff was prompt, courteous and informative. She forgot to tell us about the possible side order of fresh guacamole made at your table. The margaritas šŸ¹ come as big as a fish bowel, but I just ordered the 16oz version - barly able to finish it. The complimentary salsa was good with cilantro, but the corn chips were a little crisp. My order of the sea food nachos šŸ˜‹ was delicious and very filling. I could barely finish it. When the serving plate was finally empty my wife told me NOT to lick the plate. Her order of chicken enchiladas was very šŸ‘ good and had a very distinct taste. Very pleasant Valentine...

Jose is always very kind. I dined in once and had takeout twice. All times my food came out efficiently. I wish they could set the food in a heater or something so that it's not cold when I arrive I had only ordered it 5 minutes ago for a takeout. Still, I could take it home and warm it up. Also they have hidden fees such as: last time I had paid in cash and they didnt tell me about a fee, this time today when I paid in cash the guy at the counter told me there's a fee for paying with cash. Regardless, I love this place and will still return. Most of the workers there are nice and smile at me when they see me.

Had another incredible experience here today. Authentic Mexican steak tacos with cilantro and fresh chopped onions and lime on the side (2) plus fresh corn tortillas. Even ordered a steak fajita dinner to go for a couple dinners later. Came complete with homemade tortilla chips, homemade refried beans with chihuahua cheese and rice too!! Nothing beats homemade and the beans are nothing like that stuff they call beans elsewhere. OMG!! And only cost barely over $25 for everything!! Can't say enough wonderful things each time I visit.
