Wendy's — Restaurant in Delran Township

I frequent this Wendy’s since it’s the closest to my children’s school and they love Wendy’s nuggets. However, the customer service is horrible. There’s not just one or a few instances, it’s every single time I go there. For one, the screen doesn’t work on the drive thru order screen and hasn’t worked in over a year. Next, the second I pull up to the drive thru, there’s no greeting, the Wendy’s service rep immediately says “what can I get you?” And will say “that all?” after every item in the most bothered way. Completely rude and unprofessional. Then on top of that, the entire order will be completely wrong. The screen needs to be fixed and the customer service representatives need training on…CUSTOMER SERVICE! On to the food. The food is not fresh at all. The nuggets are almost always cold and the burger buns are stale.

This Wendy’s needs to be looked at by the powers that be, because it’s at a great location and would hate for them to decline based on the trash they hire.

Horrible experiences over and over coming to Wendy’s in Delran. Let me first just say management here must care very little about this location. Staff are rude and nasty every time. They look at you with a nasty look and don’t say anything when they give you your food. They look at you dead in the eyes and hand you a bag of overturned food. Don’t order nuggets from this location because every single time the nuggets are spilled all over the bag. Another issue with this location also regarding the nasty staff that work here, there are always Spanish guys arguing and cursing and yelling in Spanish that customers can hear in the drive through. I am also Hispanic so I understand all the trash they talk about at the drive through. Overhaul this management team and current staff or I will never step foot near the place again. If I could give 0 stars...I would!!! Had the worst experience at Wendy's in Delran. The boy taking the order was so rude taking the order because we didn't specify at first we wanted meals....then we go to the window, snatches my husbands card and he didn't give us a receipt. My husband taps on the window and asks for the receipt, he slams the window and yells don't tap on my window!! Then slams open the window again and throws the receipt at my husband. It took everything for my husband to NOT pull him through the window. We pull to the next window, after waiting 10 minutes for the food the we ask for his name and the girl says I can't tell you his name but says he is the manager but won't come up to the other window.
