Subway — Restaurant in Delta Charter Township

Refused to let my service animal today. My dog didn’t even make it in the building. They are rude and will argue. I would highly suggest not coming here. Claiming they had the right to refuse so let me educate a little. My dog didn’t even act disruptive but my service dog didn’t even make it into the building the staff physically blocked us from even coming in. I will be calling the attorney general as well as better business bureau. I called and asked for the manager they refused and even got argumentive with me on the phone. This is risky decision by the employees god forbid someone has a seizure and don’t have their service dog to help them. I won’t be shocked if they come on here and delete my review. They say all subways do this and if that’s the case subway will be in a lot of legal trouble if god forbid anything happens. This is a federal law not a state law you are not...

As im sitting in the subway parking lot, im feeling really bad for an employee. The supervisor seems frustrated with his day, as all can be, however decided to reprimand his colleague in an absolute disgusting tone. I could see the embarrassment flush in her face and felt terrible. Employees make mistakes, but as a supervisor you should never reprimand an employee like that in front of customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if the poor lady quits. I know I would. The gentleman who made my order was also kind, and I asked him to pass along my words of encouragement to her to hopefully make her feel less embarrassed . If you were working and leaving around 5:45 and see this ma’am, truly don’t let him get to you. I went to this location this afternoon and I haven't seen so many health code violations occur in just the time it takes to make a sandwich. I was in complete shock that an employee would be so ignorant when it comes to handwashing and cross contamination. If this is how employees here do their job then they are gonna end up making a lot of people seriously sick. The employee did not wash her hands properly and didnt change her gloves in between sandwiches or stations. When putting toppings on the sandwiches she actually took stuff off one of the sandwiches she messed up on and put it back on the line. The line itself was not clean and there were veggie toppings mixed together. I will never visit this location again.
