OMG... I CANNOT believe corporate hasn't done anything about this absolutely horrific service at this location. I've been a customer at this location over 10 years. never had an issue. I'm fact, service was excellent. This year, it seems there is no management and a bunch of young kids who love running wild, doing what they want since there is no one to enforce. They almost NEVER even greet the drive thru window anymore. Oh... They'll look right at you, but then keep messing around with their friends. I've had to ditch the window several times in the last few months, to go in. No! It is not a staffing issue. There are times I go during their down time, no customers, however, also, not a single hot n ready, ready not a single bag of bread. I've gotten home to discover a mushy, uncooked pizza that I can't even hold. I've watched them give other customers orders away to walk ins, and the customers actually have caught on to what they've been doing. When I say, "orders", I'm talking about customers wanting the good old "Hot N Ready" and crazy bread. YES. Myself as well as many other customers have had to wait up to 2 hours (that I'm aware of) for Hot N Readys!!! I was told to come back in 1.5 hours for 2 Hot N Readys and a bag of crazy bread. When I came back, an hour and 50 mis later....I still had to wait and additional 30 mins for the pizza AND LMAO... ANOTHER 30 min for my bag of bread! I am not exaggerating! Tonight, I arrived at the drive thru at 11:45 pm. Closing time 12am. 3 different boys looked directly at the me in the window. Each ignored me. Didn't wave or signal they'd be right with me. I saw three front of the store was empty with only 2 Uber drivers picking up orders at the front counter. So ...I knew they didn't have customers. I also know the way that dump has been ran into the ground over the last few months by kids. I knew they were hoping I'd wait at the window just long enough for them to lock the front door and claim I arrived after closing. Knowing this, I decided to go in. As we pulled around front, the same 3 boys were huddled at the front counter, looking at me, laughing as I pulled in. Again, no pizzas ready. They rushed one hot n ready thru for us. The pizza was yet another uncooked mushy slop of a mess that we couldn't hold to eat. I'd rather see this location close before we allow dumps like this provide food, or anything else t that matter, in my community. Read moreLet me start by saying, I have been coming to this location for years. As a busy dad, sometimes I just need a cheap meal to feed the kiddos. The last 2 times I have stopped in, there has been a new manager, and he is just...rude, and terrible at customer service. Last night my wife and I stopped in. There was one person in front of us that had already ordered. The manager chatted with him about various topics, then exchanged phone numbers. He did not acknowledge our presence for 6 minutes. Once he did, we wanted in and out as fast as possible, so I asked what hot and ready items they had available.
He was clear, there was some crazy bread, cheese, pepperoni, and wings. We went with 2 pepperonis and some wings. He took out money, and waited for me to throw money in the "tip" bowl (which was new, I had never seen one there before) then he just walked away. I thought maybe he misspoke and there were no wings so he had to go make them.
We had 3 employees ask if we had been taken care off, and as we waited another 10 minutes we still assumed he was making our food so said we were all set.
That was not the case. He had gone back to personally make the other persons order (that was in front of us, that he was chit chatting with) and just ignored us. 13 minutes later the assistant manager asked what we ordered... He then reached in, and handed us our food, I told him that what had apparently happened, and he just said "Sorry" It was obvious he was having a bad day. So we took the 2 pizzas and the wings and drove home (4 miles away, so not far) to discover... One of the pizzas was cheese.
Normally I would just say screw it, and deal with this mistake, it is not like it is 5 star dining....but today I drove back to replace it with the correct pizza. The assistant manager then asked me in detail what had happened with the manager previously...and mentioned that the manager had been doing that all night. Picking customers that he wanted to deal with, and ignoring everyone else.
I was not offered any recompense for the wait, the mistake, or the inconvenience. This will be my last time going to this location. Ever. And there will be a call to the corporate office to let them know about this particular manager.
Lastly... This location is terrible about having the "Hot and Ready" Menu...actually ready. Which is the main reason to go there. I'll just order ahead and get...
Read more05/08/2023 - HORRIBLE PLACE.... Put a pizza order in online today at 2:52pm for a birthday party with a pick up time of 5:15pm - which is plenty of time too fulfill a 4 pizza and 3 breadstick order. Got there at 5:15 to pick order up and they apparently had no such order on file. I was one of three customers in line at the time who had also placed an online order with the same result - no pizza. The lady at the counter was rude and of very little help saying "they were a franchise and there was nothing she could do so you have to call corporate. " Absolutely disgraceful and sorry excuse for a company. Save yourself from having to deal with this place and just go to Domino's down the road. That's what we did and had our order placed and filled within 15 minutes. Much better pizza and definitely much better service!!
UPDATE 05/16/2023 - 10 days after the fact... What a joke. I've been in touch with corporate today because they said to give them five to seven business days for my refund. Tomorrow will be the 7th business day and absolutely nothing. My call with corporate was pleasant and I am lucky enough that they are at least competent enough to be able do their jobs. I was escalated to a supervisor because the status of my "refund/case", whatever you want to call it shows that the Little Caesars Corporate Office has been trying to get in touch with the owner who apparently is as incompetent as the people he employees at this location and has yet to get back in touch with corporate.
