Let's see here. Worst food and customer service I have ever received. Myself and my family went there for dinner it wasn't too busy there and seated very quickly. That was the end of good things to come. It took our wait staff 20 minutes to get our drinks. And even longer to get our appatisers. When they did bring them we didn't have any plates to eat on. The apps were edible but not enjoyable and our main courses were brought out and 3 dishes were cold my wings were hot and rather bland. A staff member walked by and asked how are meals were and I said mine was good. My wife replied not good. The staff member said quote oh well at least he liked his meal and began to laugh as he walked away. I found out that he was the manager. So I asked him about how he felt it was funny to laugh at my wife cause she had a problem with the food. His response was that he had to go take care of his other customers and couldn't fathom how she could not like her food. Let see here the couple sitting across from us order their food and it was unsatisfactory as well. The family sitting in the booth in back of them the husband was waiting 20 minutes for his food while his other family members were almost done with their food. When they brought his food they didn't even offer him silverware. To top it off there was a couple sitting to the right of us that were waiting and hour and still hadn't gotten their food. With all these unhappy customers I felt the need to call the manager out as he brought me out the district managers card. Which I called but voicemail was full lol must have a lot of complaint. When I questioned him about all the other unhappy customers he didn't even respond. Just tucked tail and ran in the kitchen. I can't understand how any restaurant owner would want a manager like that to run their operation. Our server could definitely use some customer service skills as well. Overall I would rate this...
Read moreAWFUL service, at MOST the restaurant was at MAYBE 40% capacity, waited 20 minutes to order, another 35 minutes for food. Had to request refills we never received utensils thankfully we ordered sandwiches and fries. Our neighboring table kept recieving partial plates so they had their fajita meats and 20 minutes later out came their toppings when they requested to speak to a manager the waitress was quite animated in informing them "ah yeah so we DONT even have one tonight"......REALLY??? WE had a 45.00 bill for 3ppl. I KNOW theirs was more they had 5ppl AND pitchers of beer. This "MANAGEMENT" (OR OBVIOUS LACK THERE OF) SHOULD be ashamed to have their name attached to this place. I am NOT a frequenter of fast food joints...ya know the kind you drive thru and recieve your meal in a paper bag....well tonight would've been a BETTER "meal" and CHEAPER than this overpriced waste of over an hour. I EXPECT subpar from chain/franchise establishments but this was BEYOND!!! WON'T visit again. Waitresses WE generally UNDERSTAND situations like no manager, not enough servers....what WE DONT understand is you NEVER stopping by to check on us while we wait like offering refills making sure we have utensils. Asking if we need anything etc. You ARE in the "service industry" its customary AND EXPECTED that we TIP 20% OR MORE yet you're not even meeting BASICS of service. I don't expect 5star dining but would it ruin your night to greet us and SPEAK to us vs treat us like you're too busy to be bothered visiting our table? Our section had 4 tables seated....FOUR!!!! Read moreSo tonight we visited this location and had a party of 50 people. The manager Mike was amazing as were our two waitresses Mia & Melissa they handle the entire party without one incident. Probably one of the best restaurant experiences we ever had. Our bill was $745.00 but was worth every penny. The only issue we did have was from the hostess who apparently was aggravated that we brought our party of 50 to the establishment. He was speaking to a couple who walked in to be seated and asked why the kitchen was backed up so this young man says someone decided it was a great idea to bring a party of 50 in unannounced. 1st of all we called an hour ahead of time and spoke to the manager who confirmed he could accommodate our party with no problem. 2nd if you are going to make comments like that you should probably do it out of ear shot from the party you are speaking about. I spoke to both the young man and the manager about the unnecessary comment the manager was very nice but the young man just gave me a dirty look.
