I had the worst experience ever. They don't even deserve a star. I ordered $50 worth of food off the app. I got a text from the app telling me my food is ready. we go inside the store and our food was sitting there. But the manager Mario said that our food was "staged". Remind you I got a receipt from the app telling me it was ready. The manager Mario is very disrespectful, she is always disrespectful every time we come in there and there is a problem her manager Tara is just as unprofessional as her employee Mario. I used cash app to pay for my $50 order manager Mario and her manager Tara refused to give us our food for a refund. See if the manager Mario would have reran that ticket while we were sitting in the store going back and forth with her and her unprofessional manager Tara then she would have seen that the food was paid for. Just like I told them it's called Cash app you have cash in your account to use the app. We had to leave that store with no food no refund and had to go to Domino's and spend another $45 on food. I had seven people at my house to feed four of them being kids. Tara told us to come back and we'll give you a refund when it clears on my cash app. On Monday when I realized it cleared at Friday at 6:31 p.m. that's why I said if the manager Mario knew what she was doing or she might have just been doing it just to be nasty. She should have ran that ticket while we were in the store and it clearly would not have been in staged. So when my husband goes back to get the refund manager Mario call her manager Tara they told us we would have to go through the app. Back and forth with the app and with McDonald's. McDonald's called the police on my husband ,manager Mario the unprofessional who should not even be in a manager's position. Because my husband said he was going to call on them if I pay for food it was made they didn't give it to us so they wasted food they knew I paid for it and short story it took us three to four weeks to finally get a refund. And that was thanks to Jonathan Gans who was very professional very polite and I believe Maria was the one who authorized and finally listened to us and gave us our refund. I will never go back to that McDonald's again. And the manager if that's what you call her Mario and her manager Tara are the most unprofessional managers I've ever came across I own my own business and you do not treat customers like that if I pay for food they don't give it to me I had a receipt from the app showing it was paid for that's called stealing. And the manager Mario and the unprofessional manager Tara should not even be in those positions. Come back in tonight and after spending 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru I'm told to pull up in the number one parking spot and then a lady comes out to talk to me and tell me that she can't replace the whole order my husband wasn't with us for dinner tonight and I didn't want to get his whole double bacon Quarter Pounder and a bacon cheese fry because that's $10 worth of food and nobody be able to eat it at home then she comes out with just a Happy Meal and just a cheeseburger and I'm like what wears the other bacon Quarter Pounder and the bacon cheese fry she had to go back in and get that made we had our infant in the car who at this point was getting very tired of being in a car that was sitting still I went inside waited 10 minutes inside and it still wasn't ready went back out to the car wait another seven minutes and she brought it back out all the other food was cold at that point and she's like oh I can take that back in and have it remade why so you can have to get the other stuff we made that you just brought out why didn't you just make everything at once. I’ve had two instances where high school kids that were working the register we’re making gestures in front of my kid that were absolutely unacceptable. Not only that every single time I go there they park me so they can manipulate their numbers and forget about me.
