Created my online order at 7:22pm for a Requested Carryout Time at 8:30 PM. I arrived at store at the forementioned requested pick up time of 8:30pm, only to be informed that they gave my order to DoorDash and they will start (ONLY THEN) to remake my order. The kid working the register stated that it would be a 10 minute wait, no resolution or even a simple apology was extended! I stood there and watched them make my whole order from start to finish - with very questionable hygiene and food handling practices that added to the already sour situation at hand. 20 minutes later four boxes were shoved into my arms as I was quickly dismissed by the team members (again, without even a simple apology). At this point I have already scanned the QR to leave a review of my visit, but when I checked my boxes there was no sticker with my order info (this would explain how they could easily give away the wrong order initially). They also failed to give me a receipt with my order and I had to double back to get a copy. I usually have a great deal of empathy for food service workers, as I myself have been there; however, I would have handled this very differently to make sure my customer left satisfied.
TL;DR: Don't waste your time with this location. They lack any ounce of customer service or problem solving skills. Dissapointment is the only thing...
Read moreEven though I love Papa Johns pizza, this store is horrible! I order very frequently(2-4 times a week). Originally ordering from the Providence store, I was super excited I had a new store closer to me.. Ever since this store opened they have NOT accepted promo codes of any kind on the website and have different specials from ANY other store online. So I would give them a call and sometimes they would honor promo codes over the phone because "the online system does not work" from what the manager had informed me of. Since about a week ago after trying to order multiple times I was told on the phone by multiple managers. That they would no longer honor/accept promo codes. I proceeded to explain that I could simply just order from another store and save over %40 on my orders but they did not care. The manager proceeded to put "the stores owner" on the phone which informed me that their "cost to make pizzas" had went up and they "had to make as much money as possible". He also mentioned that the online PROMO CODE system has been disabled and would continued to be disabled at this(Elkcam) store because(HIS EXACT WORDS) I "need to make money".
I will not order EVER again from this store and hope this might help people make a decision about ordering at this location and INFORM them why the "promo code system" has and will never...
