Scorpio's Family Pizzeria — Restaurant in Deltona

If I could give less than one star I wood I have come to this restaurant many times spent a lot of money here today I come in I ordered my food an hour ahead I said wait 10-15 minutes before you start. When I arrived I paid for my order it was not ready then the owner caught an attitude with me out of nowhere talking about how he doesn't take orders 2 to 3 hours ahead that was not the case. Also when I got there I paid for my order then stood outside and waited for 20 minutes for a meatball sandwich it could have been made in that amount of time. When I came back in I heard him complaining about what is this meatball sub for he was just starting my sandwich I went back outside. 15 minutes later when I came back in the owner of the restaurant had words for me he failed to have my order ready on time he failed that even start the order once I paid and then he had an attitude with me where does this come from. To top it off they charge me $24 for a meatball sub and a calzone and an order of onion rings and when I got back home it did not even give me the onion rings. How do you go back and ask for your onion rings from a guy that you don't trust with your food. Ultimate fail for Scorpios I can't believe you treated me like this and I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars in there it's not like I'm somebody from off the road.

I had placed an order for pick up today. The order was simple. Garlic knots, mozzarella sticks & one plain pizza. I was told the wait for pickup was 25 minutes. I came in and was told they were still waiting on the pizza. I did not mind waiting a couple of minutes as I arrived exactly at the 25 minute mark I was given. However, 20 minutes later another worker had asked someone to check on my pizza. It still was not done. After 30 minutes went by, I asked somebody about my pizza. The young blonde behind the counter told me that they had lost our ticket, but ending up finding it and our pizza would be done shortly- she seemed to think this was funny. Finally, a minute later our pizza was ready, but the garlic knots and mozzarella sticks had been sitting for 30 minutes at this point. I then questioned them being cold and was ignored by the same worker. She did not acknowledge this question, she just handed the mozzarella sticks and garlic knots to me. Sure enough, they were cold. We asked that they be taken off the check rather than having them be remade at this point because then we would be leaving with cold pizza. These were removed from our bill, but there was no apology given for any part of this terrible experience I had. I got in the car, and the pizza wasn't the temperature you would expect for a pizza that had just come out of the oven. What can I say....wow. I can honestly say worst restaurant experience ever. I RARELY review but this is abysmal. Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for food. When we received the food it was ice cold. The order was placed at 6:20. As you can see from picture I'm preheating oven at 8:02 because I'm one of those crazy people who likes their food to be at least warm. As the oven was preheating I called to speak to a manager. They put on someone with a heavy accent who tries to talk real fast and thinks he's slick. So I told him the problem and after going back and forth, explaining I did not want store credit, he finally said he would refund the pizza. Fine. But after my pizza was warmed up I sat down to eat. I told my girlfriend to check the bank statement. Surprise surprise not only did they not refund but CHARGED again for some random amount that wasn't equal to the original or refund amounts. At this point I had only eaten 1 slice of one of the worst tasting pizzas I have ever had. So we got ready to go up to the store because now the manager was being an ass about it and would not fix it over the phone. Before we could make it out the door I had to run to the toilet and the rest you can imagine...Not even 5 minutes after ingesting 1 slice of this garbage pizza it was immediately expunged from my body.
