My husband and I decided to stop in this little place this morning and we are so glad we did. Fresh plants in the window clean environment and felt very welcomed. The host/waiter was very nice. Orders in a very fast. The hot coffee was fresh and the food is fantastic!! Full of flavor and fresh!! I had eggs cooked to perfection, browned yet soft home potatoes,, and sausage patties that were moist and tender.. My husband had the Juavos Rancheros filled with robust spices, very fresh corn tortillas and homemade in house beans that were mouth watering.The cook here knows what they are doing.. The portion was perfect. We got satisfied but not over filled. If you have not checked this place out yet hurry in. They will be closed July 5th through the 9th. Thanks for the Amazing Food. GOD...

The food was delicious and hot. The service was great too, but they are so busy with a small staff. Our waitress was very sweet and made sure we were taken care of. Everyone was friendly and caring. They let us dine out front because we were traveling with our dog and even offered water to him. My husband had the carnitas which were tender and crisp with flavorful pico de galló and guac. I had the red cheese enchiladas and they were lovely too. I love the stacked New Mexico style enchiladas instead of the rolled ones. Benji's is a rare find. The chile is spectacular, such great flavor in both their red and the green sauces. Chips and salsa are top notch! Don't miss eating here! The red chilaquiles may be one of my very favorite things I have ever eaten anywhere. On top of that, Benji's is a tremendously generous and friendly family run business.
