Stopped by for a sweet treat and I was pleasantly surprised that they are a taqueria as well. Come get your tacos, tortas, mexican street type foods, and dessert. The carne asada tacos and tacos al pastor were very good. They are your smaller street type tacos. 4 was a good number for me. I paired it up with a rice water (horchata) that was also very good. For a little treat, I went with one of their homemade ice creams. I chose the Mexican chocolate ice cream (Chocolate Abuelita). It was very creamy and delicious and best of all, it tasted just like Chocolate Abuelita. They have many other flavors to choose from. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this was frustrating enough to speak up. I visited two different locations of this restaurant in the same city and was surprised to find completely different menus — and not just minor differences. One had several great options the other didn’t, and when I asked about it, staff had no explanation. Why does one Michoacana serve ice cream and snacks only and the other the food? Frustrating!
