We stopped here on our way back to houston and this place is really DIRTY and POOR STAFFING and MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!! They have so much flies flying around all the tables were sticky and floor was stained everywhere... The boy taking our order acted like he didnt know what he was doing and when my husband asked him for our receipt so we can check what he charged us the boy told us that we would get it with our order which we never got it he threw it away he said. Before we order ours my grandmother ordered before us she just wanted two tacos and mozarella sticks.. Well we are all sitting there waiting as other customers around us is so upset telling us they were waiting for their orders for awhile... We also witnessed that they had threw away someones whole order as she went up to get it. The staff in the kitchen had receipts everywhere!!!! We finallt got called for our order they had it wrong! My grandmother order never got called i asked them wheres hers when she ordered before us they acted like they didnt know! Read moreThis morning at 9:50 I entered the lobby to order a sausage biscuit meal. I was told they had no biscuits but j oh could get a croissant. I asked how long it would be till they had biscuits ready and the manager, Daisy, told me they aren’t cooking anymore. So I went to leave but turned around to ask for the complaint number or corporate number and was refused. I then asked when her manager would be in and she told me today. I laughed and asked her what time and she finally gave me a straight answer. The manager then asked if I wanted to wait for a biscuit and she would cook it for me. I then asked why she changed her mind once I was going to complain about it. She refused to answer, got rather short and aggressive with me, told me she had other orders to fill and said to me “have a good day”z She was fine with watching money walk out the door after refusing to do her job and treating a customer poorly with forty five minutes before change over. I knocked on the door and also shouted through the missing weather strip of the 2 doors, to try to get take out service... to no avail. I finally walked up to the drive thru window and the young man told me I could order there, which didn’t feel safe at all. He said they were super short staffed and that’s why the dining room was locked. I ordered large fries, they were out of large fries. (How can you “be out?” Just put more in the bag!) I ordered chicken and they were out of chicken. Actually, he said they were out of any food that they had to fry because their “fryer was broken and hadn’t been cleaned for a while.” Say what?!
