I asked for mozzarella cheese slices and for regular cheese and I expected the up charge for the extra cheese but they charge me $3.19 for the mozzarella on the sandwich whenever I've never been charged that much. It was on the tuna sandwich she barely gave me any of the shredded, so basically I got no cheese choice and had to pay for it. So, they didn't tell me this until I was getting ready to pay that's an extra $3.19 I need that for gas I'm passing through town getting to Arizona. And they were rude. The young man preparing the rest of my sandwich, well wrapping and cutting it said "good luck with your breakfast!" And I asked him if he was talking to me and I thought maybe he was talking to himself talking to somebody else but he basically didn't answer me and I had to ask him again what if that was toward me and asked him why he would say that? First of all, it was 11:48 a.m. and it was lunch time for me but he was really rude and saying that and that's not a very good advertisement for the restaurant. That was really rude I don't not like the people there they were nasty to me. Read moreOur greeting was a rude "cash only no credit cards" with no explanation as to why, we proceeded to order our sandwiches which they had enough for one tuna sandwich and spread thin. She didn't offer to take more tuna out we were the only ones in line. When I asked for a water cup because that's what I drink she said they didn't have any because it can out of there own pockets. While we were there for 35 min a total of 13 people turned away because of the cash only greeding, She said sorry to one customer and he was an immigration officer, no apologies to the family of 7 that ended up leaving because there was no tuna although they did have cash. It is Friday during lent. They had the side door locked with no sign on it of any kind. One of the other girls proceeded to complain because a customer questioned about it, she said only the employees need to know why the door was locked. And finally the Girls restroom had a sign that said "Use mens restroom" with an arrow pointing, something tells me they are to lazy to clean two restrooms the mens restroom could have used a good cleaning. Had to explain a few times exactly what I wanted. 2 similar subs except for a couple less ingredients. How hard can that be?! Repeated but was told to drive up to the window. A guy with a notebook explained "she is new". Ok, I get it! Repeated my order & made sure which sub is has what ingredients. Got our order. G9t home. My sub had pickles, yellow banana peppers (which i did not add) cold chicken, asked to toast the wheat bread, it wasn't. 2nd sub was ok.
