I have been going here for a year and the demeanor of the workers has declined tremendously. There are a few that are friendly and stand out but the rest just seem to not be interested in actually contributing to your fun experience as advertised. It's a chore for them to harness you for the vents. We feel not even acknowledged at most of the adventures. Even at the check in there is no courtesy or respect. As soon as we walked was abruptly asked if I was a member on which I replied "yes" and then was told "you need to go to the kiosk and sign waivers" in her slight rude tone. She then sent me back to the kiosk in a more slightly rude tone "you need to go back to the kiosk and add your guest to sign the waiver". I have come here all last year with the same two girls Daughter and her friend. 3rd rude comment was "you gonna pay $18 because she is not on your membership". I then finally reacted in the slightly rude tone that was set by their employee. "no I am not I have been coming for a year".The vibe felt there is and has not been welcoming environment and the answer to any concerns is to hurry and give you a card with corporate number. I think Urban Air is a good concept but just because they can or be allowed to hire under aged (18) kids doesn't mean customer service should lack which is all I got from the what I assume was the manager. His only goal seem to be get me out and point the fact that I got upset with a 16 year old. Sure I do not what to get upset with a 16 year old either. Another question is why is a 16 year old allowed to speak to guest this way. I walked In with two excited 7 year old girls and was happy to bring them as I have done many times before. I got repremended for getting upset with a 16 year old but at the few birthday parties I have attended and the interactions I have seen some of these same 16 year olds are not friendly and talk down to our children while they play. Maybe I have been building up because just watching this happen week after week and finally last straw. The week before my daughter's new church camp shirt was stained with half moon shape of the restraint of the Flip Zone with black residue that 3 washes and shout still could not get out. I was just told I can buy an Urban Air shirt for $18 as if her current shirt has no value. But I just left it alone because teenage kid has no concern. I do understand why everything is done through corporate. Life experience is absolutely needed to be the public face of a company I have seen all of two employees that appear and exemplify what Urban Air advertises. I would like to have stayed with the intentions to enjoy the park. I would have like to address my concerns but the default his hand out corporate and not do anything about the current situation. I was told when signed up more than 1 year ago sign up for package with 2 people or 3 people and so forth. and now today was name specific and wanting me pay for a 3rd bracelet not used. I needed an explanation but can only get it by leaving and calling corporate. I work in the customer service industry and a customer will never get from me a bad mood vibe no matter what may have dictated my day because they are not the cause and they are bringing business to my place of employment that feeds my family which I am truely thankful for each and every one of them. How do you enstill this in a bunch of employees who still live at home is something corporate needs...
Read moreWorst experience by far for a birthday party. First they never notified us that the air conditioner wasn’t working. They had two fans which didn’t do anything at all. The main reason we wanted this was because of how hot it has been and how it was going to be a large party. Our party was upstairs and the mom of the birthday boy is 7 months pregnant. She was dripping sweat by the end of it because of how much she had to do. She wanted something inside without having to do much. They said they’d set up stuff. They did not help except blow up a few balloons. We asked for tape and they had none. Every time we needed something we couldn’t find the employee that was assigned to our party. We had to keep running around for the pizza and looking for someone to cut the cake and it just was non stop. We even cleaned up everything on our own. By the time it comes to pay we ask to speak to a manager and Taylor, who isn’t a manager and frankly should be working at a McDonald’s with her attitude, came out to talk to us and was incredibly disrespectful. She kept cutting us off and saying that wasn’t what her employee told her, which of course she wouldn’t be honest about her lack of attention. She was getting in our face and talking down to us. She kept talking to us like we were her children. Finally the manager steps in and tried to calm her down, but she kept going off. The manager was not able to get her to stop going off. She was completely unprofessional. It was about to be a brawl with how wild she was acting. Even the manager and other employees apologized on her behalf for how out of line she was. some employees followed us outside and kept reiterating how they don’t know why she was acting like this and that it was out of line. Towards the end they said they’d give $50 off (the total was $400). Then she went around counter and said it was just going to be $25 off and we told her no that’s not what she said she do, she said she’d do $50 off. She then starts bopping her head saying “and I didn’t.” And then proceeded to give $45 off. They need to fire her. taylor completely ruined our experience. If they would’ve respectively said we are sorry for your experience and said they couldn’t do anything, we’d leave it at that. Taylor immediately was disrespectful beyond belief and started talking down to all of us.
The problem employee was Taylor and I don’t understand how she has that job in the first place. Don’t waste your...
Read morePlease..Don't waste your money or time! My granddaughter had her 7 year old birthday party here on Jan 21, 2023 and it was the worse experience. 1. There was no one to direct guest to her party room. I had to literally stand by the check in station and direct people where to go. 2. They did not have the required number of wristbands or socks in the party room. The hostess went down stairs to get more and never returned. I had to go back down the stairs to tell them we needed more and our hostess was just standing there chatting with her co-workers. When I inquired about our issue, some girl by the name of Taylor kept arguing with me, being extremely rude and unhelpful . I asked to speak to a manager and she pointed at some guy sitting there playing on a computer. I immediately asked to speak with his manager and was informed that he was in his office doing paperwork. Eventually the manager and the computer guy came to the party room to speak with me. I walked out in the hallway to discuss our issues and the manager turned to the computer guy and asked his side of the story. The computer guy actually said that I was being hostile. Unbelievable. I was so upset I had to walk away and walk outside for a bit. 3. My daughter couldn't find her son, so she went to the desk to inquire about what safety policies they had in place. They paged him and told my daughter if she couldn't find him to come back in 5 minutes (seriously?) There was no security at the entrance/exit doors so I child can literally walk out of the door. 4. I ordered and paid for an extra pizza at the desk for the party. Pizza never showed. There were no forks for the cake, hostess went to get some and after waiting 10 - 15 minutes for her return my daughter went downstairs to inquire and the young girls were rude to her, telling her it had only been two minutes. 5. Now, here's the real kicker. My son paid for 17 children. They tried to charge him for 28 children, so now he had to go down stairs to speak with the manager and the manager was rude telling him "Well, I'll knock it down to 22 children and that's it" Total bill for this horrible experience $850.00. The worse manager and staff I have ever seen. Obviously they have never heard the words "Customer Service". The owner of this place should be so embarrassed. Needless to say we will...
