Denham Patty — Restaurant in Denham Springs

After hearing about this place for years, I decided to get a takeout order after working in my yard all day and not feeling like going sit in a restaurant for dinner. I ordered the Cheese Burger Combo Meal! Upon arriving at the time they gave me, I was surprised to see no one in the parking lot or the restaurant. I walked up to the door and pulled, it was locked? I knocked on the door, bc I could see a couple of people cleaning up and someone else walked up and unlocked the door. When I told the lil girl that I was there to pick up my to go order, she asked my name and then said, okay I will get it! She came back to the door, which she had closed so I was standing outside, and handed me a brown paper bag and said… Here You go, then she turned around, locked the door and turned out the exterior lights. I was a bit confused as to why they were closing, so I took the bag, got in my truck and started for home and that’s when I realized… She didn’t give me the drink that I ordered. No use going back, I was sure no one would answer the phone or the door. I get home and open the bag… wow. Not what I expected!!! The fries were obviously cooked hours earlier, and so greasy!!! I pull the burger out and it is flattened down as though it was smashed for some reason!? I take the top bun off and discover that my Cheeseburger, has no cheese and the other toppings are all wilted like this burger was made hours bf I called to order it. I picked at the burger and the meat patty was tasty but it was cold! I firmly believe that they took my order and then simply threw whatever fries and a burger they had leftover from the dinner crowd and threw it in a bag, bc I had already paid for a meal!!!

I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt bc it was close to their closing time, but they never mentioned this to me when I was ordering, and honestly it shouldn’t matter… I should have gotten what I ordered!!! This was my first and Last time ordering from them and in good faith, I would never recommend them to...

As a review a few months ago has stated, the customer service here is at an all time low. Let’s go ahead with story time. I have ordered an online order at 12:15 for lunch. The text back stated it will be done by 12:40. I came into the restaurant to pick up my food and was told it wasn’t even started. Okay fine I’ll wait for the food to get done. As I wait there was a couple whom ordered their food right then. It is now 1:20, the couple already got their food and they are happily walking out of the restaurant with their belly’s full. Aggravated, hungry, I ask the cashier lady how much longer. “Oh it should be almost done let me check” okay fine. I wait 5 mins. Another couple gets their food who ordered way after me, mind me I ordered my food at 12:15. This is ridiculous, can you get your manager for me and have them just cancel my order I am already late for work. They had 0 interest in solving this matter, I get a receipt from them saying it was refunded. But didn’t have anything on it saying it was. Obviously, the managers here don’t care about customer service, they don’t care if you have a bad experience. Especially when it is their fault that you couldn’t even get your food. Won’t be going back at all, hope the owners read this and acknowledge what type of management they...

This restaurant needs to put someone on the phone for take outs that can comprehend orders. My burger had been wrong the last three times I've ordered, they write it down completely opposite of how I order it, so we haven't been back for a while. Thought we'd give it another try today and it was the same thing. The person on the phone just couldn't get it and it's a very simple order. I had to tell her never mind after the 4th time of telling her what I want, we hung up and we had to go somewhere else. It's 2 burgers, that are special ordered, one plain and one with no lettuce and extra onion and she was totally confused, I'm not trying to be rude but this is ridiculous. And to top it off, the female taking my order was laughing the entire time I was placing the order; guess she thought she was being cute.
