Went to Taco Bell and they put basically nothing in the taco’s. I went back into the store after I received the “tacos” and was told that that’s just how they come since there’s no lettuce. I asked for a manager and nobody got a manager so I waited patiently and the manager finally came and yelled at her coworkers making a big scene which was embarrassing about the lack of communication her coworkers had. She proceeded to tell me that was just how it comes meat and cheese only and that I would have to pay more to add extra so I had asked for a refund and she told me I couldn’t because the numbers didn’t match on the card from Apple wallet ( I only have one card) I showed her the charge and date and she told me to come back with the physical card so I came back the next day with the physical card and and she argued again that she couldn’t refund me and she got loud with me for no reason and I had no intention of arguing which was frustrating she proceeded to tell me I can’t get the refund and that she would “lose her job “ if she refunded it. I told her it’s messed that i didn’t leave with food nor a refund and she cut me off saying that I did and I was quick to say she could check the cameras and she told me fine but it would be made the same way. This Taco Bell location is the WORST location. This manager should retire immediately because she was very much unprofessional and it felt like she wanted to argue. Read moreI visited this location on 2/3/2024 5:41pm. I am a District Manager for take 5 oil change located next door I eat here all the time. This experience was not pleasant. I order the same thing every time. Nachos with extra meat. I don’t know if this location has cameras but you can see me walk back in because I forgot to get a folk. I return seconds later stating that I did not receive my extra meat that I paid for. You can visual see the food. Employee stated you did get extra meat to resolve any fuss I just stated please charge me for meat so I can go enjoy my food whiles it’s still hot. Took minutes for me to receive services.
