Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Denham Springs

They are always out of something or so they say like last night I order 1 cheese 1 pepperoni 1crazy bread and sauce and 2 bbq wings. First they say we are out of wings and dont know when there truck is coming. Then my pizzas and crazy bread are hot an ready. Well there was not pizza ready at all so I had to pull around which Is not easy to do. Because u have to go threw another restaurants drive thru. So I'm out front waiting on them 15 minutes goes by no pizzas 20 mins go by no pizzas now I. Getting upset. I've worked for little ceasars when I was a teen. And in total whole pizzas made n cooked 12 mins at most. 35 mins and I gett my pizzas. In the mean time while waiting 3 customers pulls up walks in orders 2 come out with wings along with there pizzas. I cant leave my car cuz my baby was asleep. Guy comes out sorry for the wait I ask yall are really out of wings yes we are. So then how does 2 customers come out with orders of wings after I've been here for 30 plus mins and was told yall were out then. Oh I dont know. What ever so i leave went straight home that's latterly 7 mins away and my pizzas were wrong and like they were sitting out and put threw the oven to heat them up. And the sauce was so spicy that my kids mouths were on fire. I thought they were joking so I ate a slice just like they put straight jalapenos and ground them up in the sauce. I call sorry for the inconvenience what I can do is give u another pizza. I said no thanks until yall get your stuff together here I wont be eating there again. Worst customer service. Dont ear here pay the little extra and go pizza hut...

The WORST customer service ever!! I’m usually quite patient with this location, but this time I just couldn’t deal! I’ve started placing my order ahead of time in the app, so I could guarantee that what I wanted was actually ready. I pulled up to the drive through window at the exact time my order was supposed to be ready. I sat there for a good 2 min before the girl even acknowledged me. Then she tells me my orders not ready yet so they’ll bring it out. Ok no problem...after sitting in my car for a good 15 min, I find out that my order isn’t even showing on their screen anymore. After another 15 min goes by, I go inside to find out what the heck is going on!! The girl that spoke to me at the drive thru greets me like she’s never seen me before. And all she keeps asking me is “what was your orde?” Then the ever NOT so helpful manager comes around, and basically has nothing to say!! When I ask for the district managers phone number...they I’ve me some bs that I can only submit a complaint online!!! Okay, so y’all want it all online...here you go!!! PLEASE who ever owns this franchise location TRAIN YOUR MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES IN PROPER...

I went 3 times to this one before writing a review. The first time I used the drive thru and sat there for close to 3 minutes while a worker stood behind the counter after looking at me when I first pulled up. They had a pizza made up but little selection on cold drinks. The second time was the worst. I pulled into the drive thru sat there second in line for a few minutes and then pulled around and parked to see how it was on the inside. Short staffed and only two pizza boxes that were hot n ready. They were having to personally make each order. I got a regular pepperoni hot n ready but after waiting 15 minutes to get my order taken. Finally the third time I went was yesterday May 24th and again they didn't have any selection for hot n ready which I'm sorry but I go to Little Caesar's because they're cheap but also because you can get a pizza without the wait. Not at this on in Denham though. I will be stopping at the one in Walker instead because they are ran much better. Management needs to hire more help quickly before they lose their business. I will see about going back just for a follow up review in...
