I was a regular, practically daily customer. Then I got literally yelled at while the employee, Eric, clapped their hands at me in the drive thru. Why? My order made it necessary to pull up to the third window. Apparently, I didn't pull forward fast enough. So he felt the need to yell, while clapping his hands at me "Move up! Come on! Go! Go! Go!" while I had my hand outstretched and was waiting for the other employee to hand me a straw. Which he was in the process of doing. I let it slide. Then another incident. I start to make my order at the speaker, and again it's Eric. He cuts me off and says "I'm gonna stop you right there. I already know who this is, and I'm not making you any cookies tonight." I was shocked. I didn't understand why he would even talk to me like that. He goes on to explain that someone lost the oven mitt (you only have one??) and he isn't going to burn himself just so I can have cookies. I still got the rest of my order, didn't complain, and was very nice. After that, I stopped going to this location. After a month or more passed, I went earlier in the day, in the hopes it would be a different group of employees. It wasn't. I order the same thing every single time. A happy meal, 2 cookies, and a frappe. Not a difficult order. I get everything except the cookies, because they need time to bake, and pull up to the third window to wait . I have no problem with that. Ten minutes go by. Then twenty. An employee comes up to the window and says "Did you need something?" I tell her "I've been sitting here for nearly 30 minutes for 2 cookies. Is there a problem?" She goes to check .Then comes back to inform me "What had happened was.." They burnt the cookies and left them there. They'll make me more. I ended up at the third window for almost 45 minutes. For 2 cookies. All my daughter's food is cold by then, obviously. I left. I don't like confrontation. I never acted rude or mean. I don't like to complain. Which is why I will never be going back to this location. I frequented this McDonald's almost two times a day. Never again. The way I've been treated, when I'm all smiles and super nice, is absolutely unacceptable. I've never in my life been treated that way, when I'm so kind and understanding of the sometimes frustrating nature of the employees job. I don't know why the employee Eric always gives me an attitude and a very hard time, but I promise I've never treated him with anything but kindness. Read moreIf ever a fast food restaurant needed a staff change, this is it. We ordered from the kiosk pretty smoothly. It took a bit longer than normal to get our order, but I figured that was due to the drive through being slammed, despite the fact that only two people were ordering inside. However, multiple parts of the order were omitted: two drinks and a happy meal milk. Still, no big deal. However, trying to rectify this was an issue, considering it took 5 minutes to catch somebody's attention to get the cups. This is still not huge, except in the meantime, openly and boldly, I was made aware of the front of house staff's private business. I know business about people's brother-in-law, momma, daddy, and everybody else in the family because 3 or so workers were just casually talking about them in front of customers. Then, once we were a good 25 feet away seated at the table, we could still hear. There were words exchanged between employees that I will NOT type here, out of respect for myself and those reading this. Let's just say this was a light threat to assault another employee attached to an offensive curse. Look, live and say what you want, but some of us have children with us that we aren't ready to expose to that. Oh, even now I can hear them telling each other to shut-up and they are goofing off.

Read moreHORRIBLE! Places my mobile order at 4:10pm, pulled into drive thru to a line. Once telling the order taker my mobile order code, I was told to pull to the second window. As directed I did, get to the second window no one know what I had. I repeated my order 3 times, receiving everything but my ICEE. Young lady reaches me the ICEE and it spills out the lid everywhere, having to pour the excess liquid off. Fries were ice cold, I was told to pull up for my cookies. Okay fine! After getting to the pick up window it’s 4:35pm, after 10mins I send my teenager in to retrieve those items. He took a while to come out, but empty handed. I go in to retrieve my items, and the maintenance lady ask what did I have ( she did great, but she is maintenance), they crew standing with music playing not really working just in a huddle.
