Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Denham Springs

I drove through early Saturday evening.. wasn’t busy. Placing my order: Me: I would like 6 naked fingers, fries, a cane sauce and unsweetened tea and some ketchup Girl on speaker: that will be 3 naked fingers.. Me: No, I want 6 naked fingers Girl on speaker: ok, that will be 7 naked fingers… Me. NO.. I want S I X naked fingers. Drive up to the cashier window Cashier Girl: ok you ordered 7 canes fingers, 6 naked fingers, fries, cane sauce, tea ( she now has me with 13 fingers!) Me: Nooo, I want SIX naked fingers, fries, cane sauce and UNsweet tea. Cashier girl: ok, you want 3 naked fingers,fries, cane sauce, unsweet tea Me: No S I X naked fingers and …… Cashier girl: ok you ordered 6 naked fingers, fries, cane sauce, unsweet tea Me: yes 👍 Cashier girl: pausing for few seconds then repeats, you ordered 6 naked fingers, fries, cane sauce, unsweet tea? Me: yes Cashier girl: literally pauses and ask me AGAIN.. you ordered 6 naked fingers, fries, cane sauce and unsweet tea Me: Y E S ( for the 3rd time and now a line of cars behind me) Next the pick up window, I’m at the home stretch!! Girl at pick up window: you ordered SEVEN (7) chicken fingers and… Me: is this a JOKE 😳? No, I ordered 6 naked fingers and blah blah blah omg 😱 !! I also asked for ketchup. When I finally received my food 30 minutes later, guess what.. NO ketchup!! I had to drive around that God forsaken drive thru to get my ketchup and the dive up window girl just glared at me.. no apology, nothing and aggressively puts 2 ketchups in my hand!! Canes, this is ridiculous! I thought the Siegen Ln location was the worse but this Coursey location wins worse. Please train your employees..again.. to give ketchup if fries or ordered or at least ask!! Canes use to be the ONLY fast food restaurant you could count on for service.....

This Cane's ROCKS consistently. The chicken tenders at Raising Cane’s are a standout. They’re tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The breading is crispy and cooked perfectly. Whether you dip them in Cane’s sauce or enjoy them plain, they’re a winner.

Try the coleslaw! It is fresh and crunchy. It strikes a nice balance between creaminess and tanginess. It’s a great side to complement the chicken tenders.

Now my wife's favorite. The fries! They’re consistently golden, crispy, and addictive. The quality of these fries has me switchin' lanes and pickin' Cane's! Seriously, they’re that good.

Now foe the dessert. The Texas toast. Yeah I know some of you hold the slaw and get extra toast and rightfully so! It is buttery, soft, and slightly garlicky. It’s the perfect accompaniment to the meal. I appreciate the care that goes into the toast—it’s substantial and satisfying.

This Cane’s gets top marks for cleanliness. The dining area is spotless, and the building itself is well-maintained. It’s refreshing to enjoy a meal in such a tidy environment.

In summary, Raising Cane’s delivers on its promise of simple, delicious chicken tenders. The combination of quality ingredients, friendly service, and a clean atmosphere keeps me coming back for more. 🐔🍟 emphasis on friendly service. I'm routinely checked out and served by the same crew members and they maintain a consistent demeanor.

They have the best and freshest chicken fingers anywhere. Always cooked to order. The place was spotless and the service was friendly and so fast I didn't even finish filling my drink before my meal was done! On the downside, it was freezing in there! But it seems like all Raising Cane's locations like to keep it chilly inside. I wonder why that is?

I do have to say their app is pretty terrible. There's literally no place to select honey mustard sauce in place of Cane's Sauce. The Styrofoam boxes they pack to-go orders in makes everything soggy. Maybe they could consider cardboard boxes with adequate vent holes like the major "whole chicken" places (Popeye's, etc.). Those clearly work because I've never taken home soggy Popeye's.

Also, still way overpriced. I really only go there when they offer a BOGO box combo because that's the only time the price...
