My food was good, but the service was bad. After waiting in a long line to make an order and paying for my order, I waited while other people got served instantly. I tried to get the staff's attention several times while they filled the orders of people behind mine, but they didn't notice me. For some reason, my order had failed to go through their system so they didn't fill it. I have checked my credit card history - I was definitely charged yet they wanted me to swipe again because they couldn't tell that my credit card had gone through. My receipt proved that it did, so I showed them my receipt and they finally gave me my order. Due to this delay, I missed the TWU shuttle to get my car and had to eat my food in the cold while I waited for the next shuttle. First attempt was told they don't have cones and haven't for a long time. ???? Was going to be up charged 80 cents for it to be put in a cup. Picked up my money from counter and left. Yesterday decided to try again as 1st time must have been a fluke; Spoke to person in grey shirt and was told we don't sell ice cream. Very disappointed in the general lack of concern displayed by both employees. Definitely not in keeping with the usual service I receive from other locations near my home.
