Travis at this location with cashier #1755940 is a very incompetent employee. I purchased what I thought was advil cold and sinus liquid gels. I even gave him the card that stated liquid gels on it. When I got to my car I wanted to take one so that it could start taking effect as I was very sick. Then I realized he gave me the wrong product. I went back and now he tells me he cannot take it back as it is a behind the counter item. I stated that the card I gave him, which was still on the counter was liquid gels and not caplets, but even then he refused to exchange it even in a sealed box. It is also disappointing to see that he had headphones in and is not focusing on doing his job properly.
