CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Denton

Travis at this location with cashier #1755940 is a very incompetent employee. I purchased what I thought was advil cold and sinus liquid gels. I even gave him the card that stated liquid gels on it. When I got to my car I wanted to take one so that it could start taking effect as I was very sick. Then I realized he gave me the wrong product. I went back and now he tells me he cannot take it back as it is a behind the counter item. I stated that the card I gave him, which was still on the counter was liquid gels and not caplets, but even then he refused to exchange it even in a sealed box. It is also disappointing to see that he had headphones in and is not focusing on doing his job properly. CVS PHARMACY STAFF ARE ALWAYS SO HELPFUL, ATTENTIVE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THERES NEVER TOO BIG OF AN ISSUE THEY CAN'T HANDLE OR RESOLVE. AND NEVER COMPLAIN OR SEE THEM SWEAT. Apparently CVS will hire anyone to work at their pharmacy. The kid with all his bracelets and gel spiked hair working the drive through window is too lazy to put multiple prescriptions into a bag. I thought this was an isolated incident, but after the second occurrence of trying to manage 11 little bags shoved at me? My hands don't work well enough for his satisfaction as he wagged them at me. I asked for a bag, and he quipped, "they're in bags."
