Honestly, I didn’t even get my order. And if you know Starbucks you know they don’t typically give refunds. I’m more of a Dunkin girl. But because this location is within walking distance I decided one evening to walk to get a coffee and treat because I needed fresh air. I order on the app with NO ISSUES. I put on my shoes, and start walking to get my order. I get a notification saying “ started your order” I thought, “Yay”. I walk the whole idk 8 minutes to this location from my apartment. Only to find they close, At 2pm and aren’t open on Saturdays and Sundays. I thought, well I got my fresh air but what about a refund since I didn’t get my order. I call another location, they can’t be of assistance because this is a franchise location. I thought oh well I’ll call them in the morning and get it sorted. The lady who answered the phone, sounded really snappy. I simply let her know what happened and asked how I could go about getting my refund. In a snarky tone “you’ll have to message Starbucks, the app should’ve never let you order” well ma’am it did. I’m sorry that the app allowed me to do it. After her attitude I just messaged the company. Luckily the sweet girl that messaged me understood, and immediately was able to issue a refund. Thank you to the people who run the questions and helped me get my money back since I didn’t get my order. Note to self. Check locations and times from now on....
