I recently got fired for a reason me nor the general manager who fired me did not know! I have NEVER gotten any bad reviews from guests! My job was always done plus more! I was ALWAYS on time if not 15 minutes earlier! I called off twice before and had to leave work early once because my husband got into a car accident. The times I called off, I was sure to call off 2 hours earlier than the scheduled time I had to come in. The General Manager, Ricci Niziol, fired me over a text message stating she could not work with my schedule anymore. My schedule was never a problem so why now? I then called a meeting with her to get down to the bottom of what was going on. She brought to my attention that some of my coworkers showed her some social media posts of mine in which had nothing to do with her or anyone in the store and that was the true reason on why I got fired. NO post said her name, the company name or her job title! My personal social media has nothing to do with how I do my job! I never bashed her or talked bad about her through social media. I have tried several times to contact corporate through email and by phone. Someone from HR did reach out to me and when I told her what happened she said she would do a brief investigation and get back to me within that same week. AFTER that day, I have not heard from anyone about anything! I have 2 children to care for and now I am out of a job because of discrimination! EVERYONE is so unprofessional from the store to corporation! Ricci was a very bad influence on all of the workers there! She would talk so bad about a special needs young man who still currently works there and treats him very wrong. She would also talk Badly about half of the coworkers there to other coworkers and treat them very disrespectfully! She never fires anyone personally. She takes them off of the schedule until they notice themselves that they no longer work there. I can't believe they have such a woman in charge of store #310! Out of all the workers there, the only one who would do her job right and help everyone out when we needed help was Nicole Lafrance (assistant general manager) do better CEC! Ridiculous that I am out of a job and now struggling because of nonsense! If I could give 0...
Read moreSPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN BEWARE!!! We’re a family of four, including our wonderful 6 year old who’s unfortunate to have AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER, as well as other associated conditions (social anxiety disorder and sensory processing disorder). She was treated horrifically by the staff, particularly a gentleman who was managing the trampoline and jungle gym area. He was constantly berating us about her not following instructions, despite us telling him that’s not direct-able due to her condition. As a side note, she wasn’t being loud/disruptive or bothering/hindering any of the other patrons. He was adamant about us taking away her AAC (alternate communication device), as it apparently posed a danger to others. When we tried to explain her situation to him, he began threatening us, stating our daughter has “2 minutes” to comply “or else.” He continued this behavior, saying, “well, why doesn’t she understand, she should understand, like all the other children.” Again, this after several attempts at trying to explain to him about her disabilities. His reply was always, “I don’t see any disability.” When told that he was discriminating against her, he became very defensive, denying it while continuing his prejudicial behavior. When we approached the manager for assistance, we were told that this is the policy and to get a refund.
Due to my daughter’s social anxiety, there’re few places/buildings we can get her into without her having a huge anxiety attack. Chuck E Cheese is one of those places. She enjoys it so much there, interacting with the mascot when they come out to play, as well as, dancing on the interactive dance floor. She’s never bothered or hindered anyone, nor has she ever been disruptive.
Due to this experience, we left earlier than we planned, leading to her crying for hours, as she had been looking forward to going for days.
I implore management to have the staff undergo some rigorous training, as Chuck E. Cheese is supposedly a champion for autistic and special needs children, though that was certainly not what we...
Read moreI took my grandsons here on 8/21/25 and the place was burning up - apparently an ac unit out, "waiting on a part." It was miserable. I've taken my kids, now grandkids to Chuck E's for over 35 years and this was one of the worst experiences. I'm not sure if the person with a giant set of keys swinging from her belt and earbuds in both ears was the manager that night but regardless... she was extremely careless and rude. She walked by and hit my 2 y/o grandson in the head with the big set of keys. I had tried multiple times during the night to get her attention, she couldn't hear a thing (or appeared to not) Be sure you're aware, they've now carved off almost half of the restaurant with an enclosed playground - you have to pay extra for the kids to play in it; $12.99+tax per child. I'm a grandma, yes I was willing to pay it... however, I couldn't get help to "pay" for them to go in, earplug lady was too busy standing watching for at least 6 kids to make up their mind on what to get with their tickets (have you ever stood through this even with one child?) Instead of calling the other person to come help me, as we're smoldering, she just first ignored me, then told me to wait. They didn't get to play on the playground. The top kicker, you know how they make sure EVERYONE gets the glow in the dark stamp..... well, absolutely NO ONE there to check to make sure we're all leaving with the kid(s) we came with - at one point, my 2 y/o made a mad dash to escape, luckily, he's not yet quite strong enough to make it out to the highway. Yes, I was right behind him, that's not my point. Everyone was way to busy to get the place closed an hour, even made an announcement "we'll be closing in an hour" to make sure the paying customers $$$$ were being taken care of - I'll not be back and am giving fair warning to...
