Kabsa Grill — Restaurant in Denton

We decided to grab some lunch here while visiting my brother at UNT. Everyone was so accommodating, they brought our food out fresh and everything tasted amazing -Ribeye kabob- the meat has a great char to it that adds a layer of flavor to the plate. It came with a side of rice and eggplant which were also pretty decent -tandoori chicken kabob- I didn’t get to taste this one because my brother tore it up, but he wouldn’t tear up a plate that’s anything short of amazing -Salmon Kabob- the salmon had the perfect sear to it & the hint of citrus was a great addition -Chicken kabob- was well seasoned and well cooked. We also had some drinks (mango smoothie, Thai tiger tea, caramel milk tea, and strawberry mango bobachiller) they were all pretty good and you would love them if you’re a fan of sweet drinks. I understand this is a new businesses that still has some kinks to work out. Went in for lunch and ordered the steak bowl with tofu and a chicken bowl. They asked how I’d like my steak cooked, I said medium rare. It did come out well done and didn’t have much flavor, it was also extremely fatty. The tofu was not seasoned at all and tasted like nothing. My wife said the chicken was tasteless. All of the sides had the same flavor of tomato. Also confused on the pricing. The digital menu board has different pricing than the paper menu, I guess they go off of the paper menu pricing. We were told everything was 50% off. If the steak bowl was $12, and the chicken bowl was $10, why was I charged $19? Even with tax that makes no sense. I hope you...

We dined in this new Mediterranean restaurant in Denton with a unique twist of Indian flavors, and it was an absolute delight! The fusion of fresh Mediterranean kabobs with bold Indian spices is a brilliant idea, tandoori testes little bit salty but it was bursting with flavor. A perfect example of the two cuisines coming together beautifully.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and clearly passionate about their food. You can feel the love and creativity that went into designing the menu.
