Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Had 3 or 4 screen replacements in my life and never has a place completely ruined my phone after having it. I took it in with a simple ghost-touch issue, LITERALLY NOTHING ELSE WRONG WITH THE PHONE, and asked to have the screen replaced. When I received the phone back it had a terrible screen, Face-ID didn’t work (before you come here just be aware you’ll never be able to use Face-ID again with their screens because another woman came in with the same issue when I came in for a refund that I didn’t end up getting), the phone started overheating not five minutes after leaving the store to the point of having to put it in front of the air conditioner in my car just to not give me the temperature warning that disables the phone. I took it back to the woman who “fixed” it and told her and she told me that it was my fault because I’d “obviously dropped my phone multiple times before” and continued to make other excuses and said that the phone was completely fine. Throughout the day It wouldn’t charge because the phone got too hot that charging would be disabled. The phone continued to get slower and slower and battery drained 5x faster than it ever did until the point where it completely died. No apple sign, no battery sign, wouldn’t charge, nothing. Whatever they did to my phone killed it completely to the point where even Apple said it was unrecoverable. I had to get a brand new phone, and when I went back to this store the next day to get a refund (when I honestly should’ve included the price of the new phone I was forced to buy because of them) they refused and told me that there’s no way what they did could’ve caused that, basically called me a liar, and said that they “don’t do refunds at that store”. I have never been in the presence of such bad customer service and I cannot stress how much you SHOULD NOT COME HERE. I lost precious pictures and text messages from loved ones that I’ll never see again that were on that phone and to be met with the complete lack of empathy or compromise was utterly ridiculous and disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs!

I chose this business to repair my iPhone screen primarily due to the promised 1 hour turnaround. It was worth it to pay 50% more than the competitors to get in and out quickly. Well, that didn’t happen. It took 2-1/2 hours, and I’m pretty sure it would’ve taken longer if I wasn’t actually coming in at the times they kept promising (happened 3 times).

On top of the slow service and high prices, the work was very sloppy. I had to basically argue with the technicians to have them scrape the glue residue off the outside of my phone. They kept saying the residual epoxy from the repair was “former damage.” Absolutely absurd. They eventually agreed that the gluey mess was their doing, and they scraped it all off.

To be honest, I’m actually okay with slow service, high prices, and even the sub-par work IF the customer service is on point. But it was far from it. The staff is uncomfortably negligent. I found myself happy when they were being rude with me because that meant they were actually paying attention.

I gave 2 stars instead of 1 since my phone glass technically did get replaced. But they definitely made me work for it.
