edit: See my screenshot in response to the owner’s comment. I did NOT order just 1 item, but did re-order the missing entree with my uber refund. There are two different dates showing this. Please own your mistakes and quit looking for ways to blame your customers.
They always forget part of our order and it makes for a stressful experience each time. We love their food, but it’s unacceptable to only sent 1 entree and think that’s a complete order.. My husband and I have a newborn baby and finding time to eat is already hard enough. We have a very short window of when the baby is down so we can eat together. Ordering out is our only version of a “date night” and they screw us over EVERY time by not sending part of the order. We went for lunch and each tried a different protein bowl and sauce; shrimp w/ soy n noodles, salmon w/ cream n noodles, filet mignon w/ siracha n salad. ALL amazing. I especially loved the creamy sauce, but the siracha has heat to it…so, ya know, wherever you’re into…they have other options, but the menu is simple. Second, the atmosphere is COZY, small and dark interior, but clean and open feel. The staff showed no respect toward customers, and instead of admitting or apologizing for their mistake, they chose to argue and act unprofessionally. The way they handled the situation came across as disrespectful and biased, which was extremely upsetting. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to treat every customer with fairness...
