A deep dive into Brothers Bar & Grill

First off, let’s give a shout out to our server Kylee. She was the best. Tried so hard, was incredibly fun and made a very mediocre sports bar experience very good. So, management if you’re reading this, train your servers and employees to be more like Kylee. Called ahead to make sure sound would be on for FSU and LSU because it was the only important college football game on 9/3. Was assured they would. At first they didn’t, Kylee tried her best, but was met with resistance. Manager came over, explained that I called they said there would be sound on which is why we came. He asked who I talked to, a bizarre question in my opinion because why would I take down the name of the person I talked to at a sports bar about having sound on for a meaningful sports game. Anyhow, he got the sound on, but it was comically low so you couldn’t hear it. In his defense, I didn’t specify a certain volume level, so he did what was asked. Would’ve been frustrated, but again Kylee was great and made sure it was still fun for our group. Food isn’t very good, but beer is reasonably priced. And, they have great servers like Kylee. Will I be going back regularly, no. But if I am in the area and I need a cold beer, would I swing by and didn’t care about the game that was on, yes. Finally, bathrooms were not clean at all, but the mirrors were, so I was still able to fire off a great mirror selfie for the ‘gram.

Great beers and the best Tuesday burger deal in town. Been coming to this location regularly for 10 months to enjoy happy hour with friends and family. Two constants: 1) good food, 2) trashy/messy ladies restroom. Today was a little too much for me to overlook. While in the restroom, at the same time as our waitress and the hostess, it was no big deal that customers are 4-deep waiting for clean and usable toilets as only 2 stalls are available at 6pm. It is extremely unacceptable to see dried feces on toilet seat along with flies and puke on the floor and no one concerned that it needs to be cleaned up. My experience has been the paper towel and soap dispensers not always working, trash on floor or overflowing from trash bins (that was last week). One stall-door has been broken for at least 3 months. I spoke with the manager (at the bar) today before leaving to express my concerns. I hope this gets resolved because it's not safe or healthy.

Sundays are great here for watching football! Big wrap around bar lots of beer taps and some really good happy hour specials!

Great atmosphere! Our waitress was awesome and attentive. We had a group of 10 people, and she got every order right! Drinks were delicious, had a few long islands, and had a few tequila shots. Definitely recommend for a good time or for happy hour!
