Was pleasantly surprised to see a Cold Stone Creamery located here at this location, towards the eastern edge of town (guessing that this location serves a lot of folks who are involved with the airport?) The dessert here was a nice complement to a dinner at a nearby Indian restaurant and we were very pleased by the pleasant staff working at this location. Cold Stone Creamery's products are a bit more expensive when compared to other offerings at similar places like Dai*y Queen and Bask*n Robbins, but the quality at CSC is markedly better, which I think justifies the higher price. Plenty of flavors to choose, as well as those predetermined choices if you like combinations made with chocolate, nuts, etc. This location also houses a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, so you can also get non-ice cream treats here, as well.

I ordered the “Mine” (16 oz) sized create your own through Doordash, which cost me over $13 without delivery. Upon pickup, it seemed awfully light for a pint of ice cream. When I got home, I measured it and it came out to less than 11 fl oz and weighed only 11.6 oz including the cup. Watch out for this scam. They’re taking an awful lot of money for ice cream and only giving 66% of the product. While arguing with Doordash to give me a refund, they tried to tell me I paid for it directly with Cold Stone. So I added the identical order on Cold Stone’s website and the total came out to $8.99. I wouldn’t give any more money to this business, and I certainly wouldn’t do it through Doordash. What a joke.

One star for mediocre customer service at the actual store. No smiles, no have a good day. I felt rushed! 0 stars for corporate!! The chocolate they sell taste old. I do not recommend. No hairnets worn by staff which explains the hair in the ice cream. There was more than one strand! I'm disappointed that my sister couldn't enjoy her ice cream because there was hair in her ice cream. We attempted to contact corporate with no response after a week. This is unacceptable!

Today, around 1:30 PM, I was driving down Tower Road when I noticed a new Cold Stone Creamery. Excited, I decided to stop in and quickly grab a quart of ice cream to take to a family gathering. Since I was short on time, I chose to pick something from the “to-go” freezer instead of waiting for a custom creation. I expected this to be a simple in-and-out transaction.

When I arrived, there was one employee at the cashier helping a customer with some back-and-forth about pricing. That was fine, so I waited patiently. Shortly after, a second employee came out, made eye contact with me, but then chose to help the people who were behind me in line instead of me. I continued to wait, and after she had finished making three of their creations, she moved to the second register. At that point, I spoke up and asked to be rung up. She then apologized to the people behind me for the interruption and told me she would quickly help me.

When I asked why she skipped me, she said—in a very dismissive tone—that she had “just arrived.” This was untrue, as she had clearly seen me waiting. The way she handled it made me feel discriminated against and disregarded. I paid and left, but the situation continued to bother me, so I called the store to ask for clarification. The same employee answered, was immediately defensive, and told me she was not going to argue with me. I explained I wasn’t trying to argue, but just wanted to understand why I was skipped in line. She repeated that she wouldn’t argue, insisted she had already apologized (she had not), and then hung up.

When I called back to request the general manager’s phone number, she rattled it off extremely quickly and hung up before I could write it down. I tried calling again—once she answered and hung up, and after that, I called one more time and she stopped answering entirely.

This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and unkind. Everyone makes mistakes, but a simple and sincere apology would have gone a long way. I hope the owner or general manager addresses this situation and provides proper training—specifically on respecting the order of customers in line, the point or a to-go freezer for quick in and out transactions, offering genuine apologies for oversights, and appropriately providing contact information when requested. Experiences like this leave customers feeling dismissed and disrespected, which is not the standard anyone expects when visiting Cold...

Today I went to buy an ice cream, my favorite ice cream shop, but I'm disappointed to know that first that establishment is being served by a couple of women who are not able to greet, they look bad, and they serve super badly, I bought an ice cream, which by the way are super expensive, and I feel that they are worth it because they are delicious but their attention is disgusting first, second, I don't understand what happened since they prepare the ice cream in front of us, but my ice cream had a ball of hair, of their own because they are not able to use at least a hat or something so that hair does not fall out, the worst experience in the world, after seeing that I felt that I was going to die it disgusted me so much, please, their ice creams are delicious, the smell of the store is spectacular but they can not continue to let people who do not like their work and do not take...

If i can give negative stars i would... I was so upset because I went in excited to get a chocolate dipped banana. First, the girl helping me was literally whispering and I thought "OH SHES PROBABLY JUST SHY." The experience got excessively worse. She got the banana dipped it in the chocolate and then came back and told me that she had dropped it in the floor and i thought "OH ITS OKAY THINGS HAPPEN." She went to go dip another one and then she said, "Wait a little for it to cool off. Do you want the piece from the other banana that fell that didnt touch the floor?" I said, " Noooo it is okay." I waited for 5 mins and then she called me up to get my banana and...... YEP.... IT WAS A MESS. Listen.... I wouldve understood if this was her first day or if she said that she didnt know how to dip the banana. I just got the vibe that they didnt want to be there, let alone tend...
