Really terrible. Waited in the drive thru several minutes before anyone answered. No one in the dining room so not sure why. I paid almost 15 dollars for a 2 piece meal with both wings and jalapeno bombers for the side. First they said I would have to wait 25 minutes for wings unless I would take spicy. Ok, I'm on my lunch break I guess I'll have the spicy. When I tell yall the wings they served me were LITERALLY the size of what you'd expect from a buffalo wing, believe it. I have never turned around faster to get a refund. I don't even know where they would get pieces of chicken that look like that. Walmart has better. I honestly can't believe they would batter those pieces, cook them and then have the audacity to actually serve that to someone for 15 bucks. Literally worst experience ever. Don't even waste your time or money. Employees are slow for no reason and could not care less if someone was paying them. Oh, wait...........
Also, I just remembered this. When I went in to get my refund they never processed the refund on the POS. They had me go out to my car and get my change. See, I paid with a $20 so they had me go get the change from my car and they gave me a $20 out of the register and put my 'change' into the drawer. I've worked in restaurants for almost 20 years at this point. There's something shady going on there. Lol....

I should have known better after my last and only other visit to this location. Got here 45 min before they close. One car ahead of me waiting to give their order. Waited for 5 minutes behind that car before I got to the order screen. No one acknowledged me when I got there so I just figured they were busy and waited 5 more minutes. After those 5 minutes I said "hello?" The person who was taking orders inside said very rudely "you have to wait I am very busy". I said ok and waited some more. 15 more minutes pass. Then someone comes out the back door and says to someone inside "Yeah there are like 5 cars out here" then she says to me "Im sorry we closed already" I asked "dont you close at 12?" and she said "we closed already" then walked right back inside. The lights immediately turned off after that. Didn't even bother letting the other 5 cars behind me know that they decided to shut down early. How is this place open? Looks like I wont be spending any money at a Church's Chicken ever again at...

Ask me 27 or more times whether I would like anything else and it becomes a problem. I like the fact that you can ask for boats here so that you can serve your family without having to dirty any dishes. I was extremely pleased with the fact that the chicken was ready right away that I didn't have to wait in a long line. one more thing that could be improved however is the parking lot if there is any way to make that place bigger we should definitely invest in it I would invest in myself if I could. The management is amazing and I'm extremely happy they have gotten their act together. before I had when I had come there it was kind of a mess and you have made tons of improvement you have taken your comments and suggestions very seriously and I appreciate...
