I'm giving them 3 stars which is an average score because their product does not stand out as good or bad when compared to similar places. Their prices are good with most base drinks being $4-5. My blueberry drink was good, but my mom's just tasted like chocolate milk. The one thing that really hurt this place is its location. Like most of the businesses in this building on the first floor you actually have to go down steps from the main entrance into the shop. There was no ADA entrance making this place very unfriendly for people with disabilities. There was no signs or anything about a different entrance for people with mobility issues. Also the carpet on the steps was really shredded and even a normal person could have caught their foot on it. This building is not kept up. It also should be reported to the city for ADA violations since how this building is built discrimates against people. If this shop wants to stay open they should pick a new location that is friendly to all.

Basement setting. Hard to recognize. After two consecutive days we bought 3 drinks each time (very expensive here), we saw this by their counter which their staffs never told us, nor even willing to see if they can acknowledge our previous orders. Poor trained staffs in this situation and not very friendly to the customers. I am quite disappointed in this store which I usually had great experience in other Ding Tea stores in other cities. It's almost like they don't want you to know about their reward program. We just went to the other store and the staff was super informative and gave us their reward card without me asking. I recommend to go to Lollicup near this place. Customer should be the heart of the business, not just the beautiful store.

I already loved Ding Tea, but they truly exceeded my expectations when it came to catering for my wedding! I decided to have a boba bar at the reception, and it was an absolute hit. The drinks were a crowd favorite and quickly became one of the first things to go! Quyen made the entire process so easy — from the initial planning to helping with great suggestions on the best flavors and setup. Their team was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for unique and delicious catering for your event, I highly recommend Ding Tea. Their boba bar added such a fun and tasty touch to my wedding, and I’m so grateful for their amazing service!

My son and I visited DingTea for the first time today and it was fantastic. I got the iced Jasmine green tea with boba (tapioca) and 50% sugar. My son got the iced black milk tea with boba (tapioca) and full sugar. The teas were made well with no hint of bitterness (brewing too long will result in a bitter taste) and the boba was al dente (tender but firm and chewy when you bite into it). The sweetness was also done just the way we like it. We make Jasmine green tea and boba at home pretty often so are pretty picky about the flavor of tea and the consistency of boba. This place does a real good job so I would recommend stopping by. The other thing I want to point out is the cleanliness of the kitchen work area. The employees were constantly wiping down counters and rinsing utensils after each and every customer drink they made.

I am definitely...
