I just wanted to say a few words about my experience today. I wanted to try my Jamb app and order ahead. I did get that to work well, I placed my order on my phone and paid on my phone. I ordered the Acai super antioxidant with Whey protein in a medium size. I also ordered a Orange C booster with Whey protein and daily vitamins + zinc. Well I placed the order about 5 minuets to 1 pm. I thought it would have been ready by the time I arrived. Nope, it wasn't even ready there were 4 customer in front of me and only to workers doing their best. By the time they got every one done and the on asked me what I wanted I stated that "I am here to Pick up my Order." She said the They don't have it and I should try again. I gave her the look of "what in the heck" So the other girl told her to check the other computer. She said that it did not get it sent to the order screen. So she sent that to get processed. I watched her make the drinks and asked if she put the Whey protein and added vitamins and she said she did. I would have to disagree with that. Both drinks did not have whey in them and The C booster did not have the extra vitamin and zinc added. I was very disappointed with the way the were made. I most likely will not return to this location. The reason: Lack of enough employees, The lack of attention to the order, the Lack of responsibility to own up to any mistakes. Read moreI was with my family and we came in at 3:15pm. Right as we entered the store a blonde girl rudely remarked to the guy behind us that he needs a mask. After the guy had left to go get his mask the girl scoffed under her breath. She then proceeded to yell at new customers that the store was at capacity. Tone was not hospitable. At all. This team member proceeded to speak rudely to her fellow team members when asking questions about if they had gotten orders correctly. When portioning up my mothers drink, she forgot to give a straw. My mom asked for one and she said in a rude tone “Yes that is a small.” My mom again asked for a straw and she rolled her eyes and handed one to my mother. Read moreI was just at this location on Saturday 5/29/2021 around 5:40pm and stood outside for 15mins. Two employees were there and they had locked up, and were actively ignoring me while they cleaned up and made jamba juice for themselves to take home.
I went back to my car to double-check the hours and then back to the store front door to check the hours posted there. They should be opened until 6pm the hours showed.
I think the worst part was them actively ignoring me. On a human decency level, they could have came to let me know that they're closed early. Or gesture that they are closed now. I knocked and tried the door multiple times in case they didn't hear me, but eventually it was clear, they were just ignoring... I wanted to know when do they normally close if it's not at 6pm, so I can know for next time not to come at like 5:40pm or...
