I would have gladly given this place a two or three star rating. I'm from out of town and my family eats Jimmy John's regularly. My brother took us to this place we went through the drive-thru. We ordered and probably waited a good 15 to 20 minutes for two sandwiches. It was absolutely the slowest Jimmy John's I have ever been to. To top it off, when we get home, one of the sandwiches was a number six. There was no cheese there was no avocado spread on this sandwich. We picked up the phone and called a lady answered the phone who was the manager, when we explained what was going on with the sandwich she gave the phone to the guy who made the sandwich. His name was Roberto and I will tell you he was very condescending and unprofessional. He said he was the one who made the sandwich and that he made it right and he could assure us that the two slices of cheese and avocado spread around there. I assured him that he made that sandwich incorrectly if he was the one that made it and all that was on there was lettuce and tomato. He said that he knows he made it right and he can assure me of that but what do I want for replacement? So I asked him his name and the manager's name, her name was brenda. Hopped in the car and went back up there. We talked to Brenda about it and she was very kind and calm. It's all Roberto hi towards the back as soon as we arrived. Show the manager the sandwich and she could see there is never any avocado spread on there and that there was no cheese as well. She offer tree make the sandwich and when we told her that was not enough especially in dealing with the disrespect from her employee as well as her handing the phone to him, she ends at me apologized and offered some additional things. You could tell she was new and young, but she was very professional and kind and calm. She handled the situation, even though it took a while, and apologized. Although I wouldn't write this restaurant by itself great, and having to deal with an employee that did not know how to make sandwiches and then was disrespectful on top of it, I most likely would have given this place a 2-3. But because of Brenda's kindness and professionalism, I decided to give a space of four and when I'm back in town, maybe even give it...
Read moreCame through the drive thru as I always do. Sat there for a few minutes and nobody came across the intercom. I drove around to find there were 2 employees behind the counter. I walked in, was asked what they can do for me and I started to order. I was cut off and told they didn't have bread and it'd be 5 minutes. Then I told them I'd wait and asked them to confirm it's actually 5 minutes. The lady said "no, it's actually over 10 minutes". Then offered to make the same sandwich on sliced bread instead. I went with that so I could avoid sitting around for 20 minutes. The amount of food I got for the same price was ridiculous. Nowhere near the same amount of ingredients. The employees that were inside were both rude, not customer oriented at all (I'll not even go into how much of imbecile you have to be to leave customers sitting in the drive thru), lying about how much of my time they're going to take.... Ridiculous. I will say, the employees I dealt with, I had never seen there before. Generally I don't have issues at this location. The ladies I normally deal with are not what I would classify as friendly, but never rude. And they always get the job done. HORRIBLE TEAM!! DO BETTER...
Read moreThere was a woman and two men working the shift on 10/22/2023 at 7:30pm. I just had the worst experience, and I doubt this location will do anything as I see other reviews about the staff here and clearly nothing is changing. I’m used to the location on Havana before moving and it’s a night and day difference in customer service.
I first tried to go through the drive thru and was told that the “drive thru was closed” and to come inside for service. It didn’t make sense but I was totally fine with that. My husband, mother in law, and I then went in. There were no other customers in the building. I saw they were looking busy with online orders and I’m very empathetic to the service industry, so I commented on that. Immediately the lady snapped at me and said she’d make our food “if we were really that hungry” before I even placed an order. I was thrown off but her tone and demeanor, and she made it clear she wanted us gone. Both guys didn’t say anything, but one had a bit of a smirk which was also unsettling. I said I felt uncomfortable...
