McDonald's — Restaurant in Denver

I have had multiple horrible experiences here I continue to give them another chance because the manager is apologetic and it's the only McDonald's near me within a couple miles the first bad experience was when I spent $30 on breakfast for my family and my entire order was wrong old and cold I went back and politely told them that everything was cold and old and not what I ordered to which I received an attitude from a teenage girl working the front counter but eventually the manager agreed to replace my meal. I brought the food home and went to eat 1 of the mcgriddles and luckily found my food had been sabotaged before i took a bite. There was a long curly pubic hair right on the inside of the sandwich. I brought this to the manager's attention and was told that's probably not what it was until I brought the food to the restaurant to prove it to them at which point I saw multiple teenagers in the back with street clothes on jeans and hoodies that were dirty and I know from management experience that this is against food safety regulations they offered to replace my order but I wasn't going to trust their food again so I was given a refund today month later I thought it would be safe just to get drinks and the woman working the window repeatedly asked me what was your order ? about 15 times within 30 seconds after I had already asked for a moment to look at the menu I repeatedly responded to her by saying I need a moment please and she would only ask again what was your order? are you ready to order? I was so annoyed by this that I decided I would drive the extra two miles to a different McDonald's when I called to complain the manager said she was only trying to move the cars along even though there was no one behind me that I was there for less than a minute I will never eat here again and I suggest you don't either the place is filthy they don't follow food safety regulations and if you upset them they just might put a pubic hair in your...

I don't have super high expectations for a McDonald's. But this location struggles to meet even a low bar. It is always super busy, so the wait times are excessive. And even then, half the time in the drive thru, they ask you to pull aside and wait even longer to fill your order. Just the other day, I waited 15 minutes for a burger and fries. So not "fast food" by any measure. I had to go inside to see what was taking so long. I think it would have been even longer if I had waited in the car.

The quality of the food is also low for a McDonald's.

The fries routinely taste stale and old, even after waiting for 15-20 minutes. You'd think in that time waiting, you'd be getting fresh fries. But you'd be wrong. And the burger patties are almost always overcooked and dry too.

Oh, and one of their menu boards in the drive thru was damaged, so instead of repairing it, they took it completely out. So if you go to that line, you don't even have a menu board to look at while you order. So in addition to being slow, they are clearly too cheap to fix their own equipment.

They've moved entirely to a self-service kiosk inside. So if you do go in, it's nearly impossible to talk to a real human if you need something.

This people who work here are always in a bad mood like if is my fault for them to be working here, if you don’t like your job and you are not happy leave is not customers fault, we wanted to wash our hands before our food got to the table and we were at the counter and the girl don’t even look at us when we were right there at the counter, we just need someone to open the bathroom and she was so pissed because she deliver the food to table and I follow her to ask for the bathroom to be open after that she say yeah I will open it for you, well she went back to the kitchen and she keep serving other people, so rude, I ask another worker who was cleaning around the bathroom and she is like ask at the counter. I don’t have a key so just like 15 minutes to be able to wash our hands or to use the bathroom, when sour good was already at the table, imagine when our kids really need to use the bathrooms and this people just ignoring people, and is not like I just want to use the bathroom I was asking as a customer.
