McDonald's — Restaurant in Denver

I Doubt making a review for a fast food joint makes a difference, but the staff is made up of mostly rude workers. The manager, black lady at the time I went, gave me an attitude when I was waiting for my McDouble while she was calling out for a double cheeseburger. I didn't know that she meant McDouble and there were 2 other people waiting for their food as well so I thought it could've been one of theirs so I stood back. The McDouble and the double cheeseburger are 2 different items.

Also, you guys working there need to pull up your pants. A little tug would drop your pants down to your ankles. You guys did have a belt on, but it was sagging just as much as your pants. There is also a restroom right near you guys so please don't wipe your nose with your bare fingers, wiping it on your pants, then grabbing food for people.

7/30/2022 Update: I got to the drive thru and told the guy that I'm picking up my mobile order. He asks me what my last 3 numbers are, which confused me. I told him it's a mobile order and gave him my 4 letter/number combo. He then tells me to go to the second window. I get to the second window and angry lady tells me that I need to call and let them know at the order speaker that I'm there for my DoorDash. I then tell her back that I'm not DoorDash, I said I'm there for my mobile order when I got to the speakers and the guy told me to go up to the second window. People... DoorDash, Uber Eats, and mobile orders are all different things, OK? They're not synonyms... I bet you spat in my food even though I did...

I changed my review from my old one of 4 stars. Service has really gone down hill and I've been disappointed each time I've gone there the last four times. I was hesitant to change the review because this used to be my top go to McDonalds. I feel like I should go the extra distance to another McDonalds now. I'm not sure what has changed but it's not like it used to be. Nothing wrong with the food but service has dropped points with me. One time in particular I took some time to put my debit card away and the girl at the first window told me to get out of her line. There was confusion with my order that time from the start and it got worse until I left there confused and hoping I wasn't charged too much. I couldn't make sense of the numbers she was telling me. $42 for 6 mcdoubles and 2 10 piece nuggets is inaccurate. It took about 10 minutes for this whole thing in the drive thru and I wasn't the only one upset. It's fast food but they were not handing themselves as they should. I complained to the manager and he said they're normally good he didn't know why that night was so different. My the last four trips there have been bad and I think this McDonalds...

The store is clean usually. The service is absolutely awful. We only go to this location when we're headed into downtown. It doesn't matter if there are cars wrapped around the building or no one in line in the drive-thru. Your order will always ALWAYS take at least 10 minutes, even when you pre-ordermthru the app. Last night, we ordered when we were about 5 minutes out. I got a notification that my order was ready within about 2 minutes. When I walked in to get my order that should have been sitting there for just short of 5 minutes, wasn't ready. We waited 10 minutes for the order to come up. In that time, we were asked 3 times by 3 different people if we had a mobile order. We were the only people in the dining room. There were maybe 3 cars in the drive thru. They park everyone in the drive-thru and run orders out. You can see all the sticker orders lines up on the prep station because they clear their orders to make their time stats look good. Which, there's at least 6 workers there at any given time, so if they didn't clear their orders, they should still have good time stats. It's just a very frustrating establishment.
