Kind of a bummer. Our take out order took almost 20 minutes longer than estimated and was $50 for 2 entrées and an appetizer. Pictured is the Mongolian chicken on their website and what we got... none of the greens (I thought asparagus, maybe?) and ALL the onions. Way more onion than chicken. When the menu says "plain fried rice" or "plain lo mein" it means that. Both, but especially the fried rice, tasted like they got their brown color from the off brand soy sauce rather than actual frying/cooking.

A bit pricey for mediocre Chinese food. We ordered two different chicken dishes that looked identical and didn’t taste much different. We got the impression that they prepare large batches of stir fried chicken and then simply add spices after the fact to make it a specific dish. In our case it was General Tso and Orange Chicken. We did enjoy the steamed vegetables. It was a large serving of veggies that were cooked so they still had some “snap” but were cooked. The egg rolls were also very good.

Very delicious food, we will definitely be adding New Dragon into our rotation of regular Chinese food restaurants. I got the hot and sour soup, which is always my first initial judgement of a new Chinese restaurant. This was a lighter broth packed full of flavor that I loved, definitely one of my top hot and sour soups. The sesame chicken was also really good and had a really good flavor and was crispy. We also got the BBQ pork ribs and were AMAZING!! Definitely give it a go!!!

New Dragon, a culinary gem nestled in Denver, promises an enchanting dining experience that ignites the senses. My recent visit to this Chinese eatery left me spellbound, particularly with their soul-nourishing soup, and the exceptional service provided by the talented waitress, Emily.

Upon stepping into New Dragon, I was captivated by the alluring aroma of spices and flavors that wafted through the air. The ambiance exuded a perfect blend of modern elegance and traditional charm, setting the stage for a remarkable dining affair.

New Dragon's soup selection was nothing short of phenomenal. Their masterfully crafted broths, simmered to perfection, exuded a comforting allure that warmed both the heart and soul. From the classic wonton to the flavorsome hot and sour, each spoonful was a taste of soup perfection.

Emily, our gracious waitress, added an extra layer of delight to our dining journey. With her radiant smile and genuine enthusiasm, she made us feel like cherished guests. Emily's knowledge of the menu was commendable, and her recommendations guided us to explore an array of delightful flavors.

Beyond the delightful soups, New Dragon offers a menu that embodies the rich heritage of Chinese cuisine. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared with a harmonious blend of ingredients, satisfying even the most discerning palates.

First of all I had a credit due to the fact of my last order being wrong. As I was ordering my food the lady took it upon herself to make everything that I was ordering larges. So as she gave me the total I was like no that doesn't add up! So that's how I found out she chose to give me larges. I told her these are not the prices that are online. She says oh that's because I gave you larges because you don't meet the order minimum for delivery. I said fine add wontons. She goes ok it's going to take an hour. I ended up calling back asking where my food was and she says you called at 3:45pm. I had already looked at the time I called and it was actually 3:33pm, but I didn't even argue with her. My family and I were hungry and the food still took like 10 more minutes. I was complaining about the timing, and the lady who delivered the food had the nerve to say that the lomein was free. 🤣 I said so because the lomein was free gives you guys the right to deliver my food late? Wow! I told her that I will never eva, eva, eva order from them again!!! Save your time and order from another restaurant, because that lady is the...

Small little restaurant, big flavors, great value. We have ordered delivery from them several times and it’s always fresh, hot and delicious. Ordered the PuPu platter last night for the first time and it was awesome. Incredible chicken wings - so crispy and tasty, ribs were great and always love the crab wontons. It’s not high end fancy “Asian” food, just great “Chinese” food. The chicken lo mein is delish, actually never had a mediocre experience here. We have a difficult address to find and they always find us, and the lovely woman who takes the orders actually always remembers us! More than I can say for many restaurants we frequent in person. We are moving out of state and now we’ll have to find a place this good - it will...
