I absolutely adore this place! The employees are always so nice and in such a good mood and are so welcoming. I have a very shy dog and they are always so nice to her when i decide to bring her in and make her feel a little more comfortable. Their selection of dog chews is simply amazing and insane and seems to rotate variety. They're always telling me "just bring it back" if something doesn't fit, or my dog doesn't like it, etc with no receipt because they "trust their customers" and a lot of the things wouldn't be found at a retailer anywhere close. I was buying premade dog cake mix on Amazon for a while for their birthdays, but now I get them items from Mouthfuls bakery, and they even sell the cake mix i used to get should i decide to go that route. I bought the best harness from here for my other little spit-fire dog by Ruffwear. I used to buy my cat's raw food from here before he passed and I'm so glad i found it looking for retailers that sold his food. I can't say enough good things. It's a bit expensive sometimes, but you're getting quality items and supporting a local business with great, animal-loving people so totally worth it....

Let me tell you about this incredible shop. My 12 yr old rescue and I have been coming here for years. Stopping through on our walks and getting welcomed in with warm smiles, kind greeting and lots of treats. She gets her speciality birthday cakes here, along with unique toys and treats. Today, while in the neighborhood picking up food, my dog got into some tall grass and burs got stuck in her face fur immediately. It was so bad it was covering her eye. I knew I could trust these folks to be helpful, and they went above and beyond. They first tried to help with safety scissors, but it became clear that she needed vet help. They quickly identified who would drive me to the vet to get her care, as I didn’t have my car. They did all of this with kindness and compassion, without a lick of inconvenience. Thanks to them, my Rosie got her ER procedure done in time to save her eye and come home safely.
