Fist of all . . . dont know what these people are talking about giving this place 5 stars for food! My wife is vegan, and I was for a year. We are used to cooking vegetarian and vegan meals. This was the worst tasteless mushy food I have ever tasted (restaurant or anywhere). It is 15 hrs later, and we are still both disgusted by the reminder of how terrible it was every time we burp. They might make the food with love and spirit, but they do not know how to cook food period! We were both so excited to try this place out . . .being vegetarian is so honorable, but they do not know how to make tasty dishes. Sad to write this, but don't waste the time and gas...
Read moreI've only been to Denver twice and wanted to eat here on both occasions but unfortunately they are temporarily closed this time around.
During my first trip I tried their take on the "Chicken" sandwich and I think it was delicious. I also ordered some cauliflower and chickpea entree which I was not such a huge fan of as it seemed rather plain.
My second attempt was more recently and I was disappointed that they are still closed. I was forced to eat at Tocabe which could not even compare.

Read moreMy favorite restaurant in Denver. The food is all the highest quality with no fillers, if I'm not mistaken some of the veggies are even grown next door. I've been here at least a dozen times and always left happy. The restaurant is located on the grounds of the Hare Krishna temple (adjacent to it, with a separate entrance) and while they offer a shelf of free books they've never pushed their beliefs at me. The staff are a genuinely friendly, humble and easygoing bunch and I couldn't recommend this place...
